No more stains!
As mentioned by many, it is expensive, and some can't really tell if it works. My problem was teeth that are prone to staining. I use good oral hygiene practices, so cavities were not my main concern, but the stains! My dentist said I could immediately brush my teeth every time I consumed a cup of coffee or glass of red wine, OR, I could try to build up my enamel with a good fluoride toothpaste or rinse. I decided to give this product a try. Given its cost, I use only a very small amount daily, making it last for 4 to 6 weeks. After my regular evening brushing with my usual toothpaste, I put a small dab of this product on my finger and rub it around my teeth at the gum line where the staining is most prevalent. After 6 weeks, I am on my second tube, and am thoroughly satisfied with the results.

Expensive toothpaste – maybe it will help.
How do you judge something like this? It's expensive, it has lots of fluoride, and the taste and texture are okay. If I perceive the results at all, it will likely be over a very long time.

Works Very Well
I looked in the mirror and realized I have gone a little too long with highly acidic foods, and too little dentist. I got this, a set of dental tools, and some abrasion paste to give self preservation a go. This has worked at restoring some of the decay I thought was irreversible. I may have to keep buying this, to keep up the long term maintenance. Super light flavor too.

Very good, but very expensive.
I have very sensetive teeth, so I had had hard times finding a good paste. This one is good, but why only 4 starts because it is expensive. It gets even more expensive if you take the size of it into accountThis paste does not have particles in it and this leads to 2 consequenses:1. You have to brush better and longer otherwise teeth won't be clean2. It does not hurt enamelSeriously, this is a 'must have' paste for anyone who has issues with teeth. I've bought another one from reviews which was recommended 'by a retired dentist', but it's not nearly close to it.I will buy it again, though, as second paste, once it ends. The bottom line: if you are looking for a special tooth paste for certain needs - you've found it. If you had no issues with teeth, you would never search for other than well-known brands.

Great for sensitivity
I've had cavity and sensitivity issues for years along with recessed gums. My dentist has never mentioned this product to me..I just stumbled on it through a search. Definitely have felt a decrease in sensitivity and hope it's helping prevent and improve/heal the soft areas on my teeth. Only my dentist will be able to figure that out.

I absolutely love this toothpaste
So here is the deal...I absolutely love this toothpaste...Yes it is 4 times the cost of normal toothpaste and you only get 2 oz vs 4 oz with everything else...so basically you are paying 8 times the price for regular toothpaste. Mind you though, as I said I don't mind that since you are getting a premium toothpaste...So why the 1 star review then you are asking ? It is because the bottle/packaging or whatever you want to call it that holds the toothpaste was LITERALLY half full...I mean literally this lasted me 14 days and it was completely out..
