I ordered these Ground Stakes to secure a Polytunnel, and was impressed with the speed of delivery and their, in my opinion, suitability for the task. Unfortunately, I failed to anticipate the strength of a sudden squall we experienced here. The Polytunnel took off across the garden trailing its totally inadequate aluminium tubular frame and the eight ground stakes as it went. My fault entirely for not appreciating the "forces of nature" involved. Nothing wrong with the stakes supplied, but I would recommend substantially longer versions, and probably more of them, if using to secure a polytunnel. Another lesson learnt, I guess.

Used these to hold down our 12foot Halloween ghost in the front garden , they aren't coming out in the wind .

These hooks are very solid, robust and strong, which was exactly what we were looking for to stake down our bird table so it can withstand any high winds without being knocked over. Time will tell if they work. They look and feel strong enough to hold down a large tent or Marquee, but I cannot give guarantees as I have not used them for that purpose. The long end which goes into the ground has been tapered at the end to ensure it goes in easier.

Third set. I’ve used them to anchor plastic greenhouse, polytunnel and arches. They have withstood all the heavy winds. I recommended them to other people on the allotment whose polytunnel blew down. They too are pleased with them

Sadly didn't prevent my new polytunnel blowing in to a neighbours garden.

Good pegs for a trampoline - easy to hammer in and hold trampoline very firmly. Good value.
