I purchased this curtain 9 months ago. Up until the other day I would soak it in the sink to wash and hang back up to dry. But after doing some serious fall cleaning, I decided to put in the washer instead. I was shocked to see I lost 4 grommets off the curtain. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent me a new one. The response time was instantaneous, courteous and thorough. After sending some pics of the curtain, customer service sent a message saying a new curtain will be shipped. 24 hrs later it came!!! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I really love this curtain, the hombre color/style goes with everything in the bathroom. The curtain drys quickly and adds a pretty hue to the bathroom. I am so glad I have a new one. Moving forward I probably will just soak in the sink and hang to dry verses risking ruining it in the washer. It is machine washable but don't want to risk it. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to reenforce the grommets to the fabric to make it more durable for the washing machine.
