Really like this, not only does it supply all natural “mined” salt but it also has natural minerals which seem to be missing from all of our GMO produce, great taste I bought to use with my automatic grinder. Do yourself a favor try this in the ready to use form or the grinder form, you’ll never want to use regular or pink salt, most other salts are taken from the top of earth, which means they have all the impurities, but this is mined from the earth, doesn’t have the pollutants others do … healthier than others, great to cook with it it’s a good value

Redmond Real Salt has a natural flavor that’s noticeably different from regular table salt. The slight mineral notes give it more depth. We primarily use it on steak and will never go back to regular table salt.

I’m sure you’ve read all about salt if you’re buying Redmond. It’s the best you can get. I like to put a few crystals under my tongue periodically throughout the day. It stops my leg cramps and restless leg syndrome.

I just refilled my Costco "Himalayan" pink salt grinder with this salt. One pound is more than enough to fill my grinder. I will save the rest in their bags until I need a refill again. You will love the screw top on the plastic pouch. You take as much as you need to refill your grinder and not spill any. The physical size of the salt is just right for this grinder. I ground some on my rib eye steak. I like the flavor of this salt. It's better than the pink salt from Pakistan or various white sea salts I've bought.
