The media could not be loaded. We love this product! It's so fun to roll around and has really great interactive features. We especially love making the product dance around. My dog is usually apprehensive with moving electronics at first but even she ended up eating the snacks from the owl! We are definitely going to set up interactive treat feeding/cruise once she gets more comfortable.Picture/video quality is great even in the dark with night vision, and the sound quality is good too! I included a photo the Owl took of my friend's cat. The set up was very fast since we already had the Skymee pet feeder. The stand by mode is great too as we have been playing with it continuously throughout the last few days and the battery is still at 99%. Definitely a great battery life which is fantastic since it requires a usb charger.Now it is so easy to see where my dog is when I am not home, and to keep her entertained as well. Really well made product. Could not recommend this product more!!

This item is extremely complicated. In addition, it does not connect to high speed internet. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet and this owl doesn't connect after almost an entire half day of trying. I do not recommend this product.

We have two owls. One for upstairs and downstairs.. we travel a lot and love how we can interact with our 3 cats. As soon as we get on the app and turn the camera on, one of our cats is there within 3 seconds. They live for the the owl to turn on so we can give them a couple of treats. In the past we had security cameras to keep an eye on them. But could never find the cats. Now we can see all three of them. The video and camera quality is almost 4K. Plus we can tracked video and take amazing photos down low.. the battery seems to last weeks at a time. Although we always recharge the battery before travel. But we’ve never had problem with the life of the battery. It is such a great product.

The OWL is a bit difficult to setup on Wi-Fi but once up it works pretty good. The battery life is great the motion detection is good but only if within 2 to 3 ft and it’s different with lighting conditions. The biggest issue is the lose of connection to Wi-Fi and unless touched or motion is detected, the app will not come to life without one of these interactions. Overall it’s a nice toy my cat however wasn’t very impressed even with dropping treats.

I love the idea of it being able to move around to see our pup and give treats! The connection is sometime slow but most of the time works well. But she was able to get the back off and ate all the treats out, lol. Also the treats sometimes get stuck and they don’t come out. I’d say the next version of this need to be way more durable and the treat dispenser able to take irregular size treats. I haven’t tried many of the other features since it took forever to figure out basic functionality with no detailed manual, but the company finally sent more info after reaching out several times. I’d also like the ability to have it not move after giving treats (it does this shake thing) but can’t figure that out. Overall I think this would be great for a dog that’s chill and you just want to entertain or see what they are doing, but my dog has anxiety so maybe not the best.

One hour trying to connect the device is always failing to connect. Waste of time.

We got two uses out of it before my 20lb mini doodle was able to dismantle it.Like all smart devices, this requires 2.4 frequency so will require some wifi set up if you haven't done so previously. App works well but the plastic is so weak. I'm still finding little pieces that broke off.

We recently received this product and am so pleased with how easy it was to setup - took under 5 min. The app was very easy to use and navigate. We have a pandemic puppy so leaving her home alone is something we are gradually doing and this gives us peace of mind, knowing we can check in with her. The picture quality is great and it allows you to record and save video clippings. The product is larger than I anticipated so our puppy is a little nervous around it at first but treats have helped get her more interested in the toy for sure! There is also an interaction setting to get her more used to the toy, if she interacts with the toy, it dispenses treats! Overall, very pleased!

We bought it before we leave for our vacation in Mexico. It is fantastic with powerful functions! We can watch our cat via camera, and talking with it, several funny movements successfully attract it to spend boring, lonely time at home. Furthermore, sending treats is the most expecting thing for the pet. Recommended!

I love everything about the owl robot!It’s very reassuring for those occasions we need to go out leaving our pup behind.Quality is great, easy set up, night vision works perfectly, picture quality and sound/mic is clear and you can adjust the speed to which work best for you and the type of flooring you have; excellent value for money. I cant really fault it, the only time i had a problem which connection through the app, i contacted the company and they supported me in fixing the issue very quickly, they are very approachable as i have asked them questions regarding the robot and they have been kind enough to continue with their after care, which is rare from a lot of companies these days. I strongly advise purchasing this product with them. My puppy Milo loves his little robot friend and the treats dispensed.

Funziona molto bene ed è ottimo per monitorare il mio cane mentre non ci sono. La possibilità di dare i croccantini è un plus.L'assistenza è sempre pronta a risolvere i problemi.

Le robot fonctionne bien, il est bien contrôlable à distance, la vidéo et la photo sont de plutôt bonne qualité comme vous pouvez le voir (toutes les photos ont été prises par le robot sur l'appli). On peut être connectés à 2 en même temps et voir le chat. En revanche ça ne l'amuse pas beaucoup lui, contrairement à un sac plastique ou à à peu près n'importe quoi qui ne coûte rien ... Mais comme on est souvent loin de lui on l'a plutôt acheté pour pouvoir le voir à distance et ça remplit tout à fait cette fonction.Une petite nuance : il faut vraiment le contrôler à distance pour qu'il se promène, quand personne ne le touche il fait un tout petit geste quand le chat passe devant mais pas de quoi vraiment le divertir. Il faut donc quand même avoir le temps de se connecter et de le faire bouger si on veut vraiment amuser l'animal.
