Broke after one use! There was no information about how to attach the strap or who to contact if something was wrong. I bought it to attach to my sons sledding snowboard (not a real snowboard) and it broke after his first time down the hill! Of course I couldnt return it because I bought it to go with a sled that was a Christmas present and now that Amazon only gives you thirty days even after the holidays to return presents it’s like throwing money away when you use Prime to shop for gifts. It didn’t snow for over a month after my son got his board so there is no way we would have known the top rated Amazon selection for safety lanyards was a piece of dangerous crap! I wish Amazon would stop peddling the products that pay them for marketing at the expense of it being quality or truly well reviewed. If you care about your child’s safety or that of others on a snow covered hill don’t purchase this lanyard!!!! Crap!

We have a really old boogie board that is still perfectly functional except for the broken strap.This gets the job done. It was easy to attach, and works really well. It is comfortable around a wrist and not scratchy. Works well for adults and kids.At first, I was a little worried the length looked short when we got it. But it stretches out just fine and it has not been an issue. In fact, I like the way the leash bunches up compactly, because it makes it neater to store.I’m really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

Yep, I’m using this surfboard strap for my dog leash. He took off chasing a rabbit two nights ago, ripped the leash handle right out of my hand, took me forever to find him in the dark. Best 10 bucks i’ll ever spend, knowing that he is now securely attached to my body. The thick velcro strap stays super tight on my wrist with no concern of it coming loose. I may replace the small carabiner at some point, but it’s good for now for my 16 pound bunny-chasing lhasa apso.

Works fine but wish the velcro was longer to go further around my pant leg.
