Devcon18245 Weld-It Cement - 1 oz.

Originally bought Devcon Weld-It when I had to cement metal to glass, a job most adhesives can't handle. It worked perfectly. Since then--for years--I've used it for many, many small repair jobs around the house. It cements anything to anything. It hardens quickly enough that when you do a repair that requires holding the two parts together while the cement sets up, you seldom need to hold them more than a minute or two. But not so quickly that it hardens before you can adjust the two pieces when you don't get them perfectly in place. And as long as you screw the top back on after using it, it lasts forever in its tube.

I always make sure I have a supply of these around. Seems to do most jobs pretty well, and like they say sticks to most anything. I have even used this to stick together soles of shoes that have come apart. Put a bunch of this stuff on, hold together with weight or vice grip overnight and it has actually held together! Not sure how long it will last but it has lasted longer than expected.

Other than the fact that you have to be careful not to spill this in places you don't want it, or get it stuck to your hands etc (which would be the case with all such products) this is a handy, all purpose adhesive that requires no mixing, works for many uses, and dries pretty quickly. I have a couple of them in different areas of the house (workbench, kitchen, deck upstairs etc). Advice is to make sure you have paper towel and toothpicks handy to apply it where you want it and clear the tube's dispenser hole when you're done. Also advise leaving anything you use it on overnight to really firm up.

This is my go-to cement for any household use. I hold the pieces together for a minute or two, leave it overnight and get a secure bond.

Needed to reglue a leather watch band that came unattached around the pin. Followed instructions and has held perfectly since gluing it around 6 months ago. Saved me spending $35 for a new band.

This is my second tube. works on everything. doesn't get bad after a couple uses.

This stuff works great for sticking to a roughed up surface.
