After hurting my knee during running a long time ago, I thought the pain was just now a part of every day life, and this affected everything, especially the gym, wjere lifting using the legs/knees are integral, I was unable to do squats, but using these bandsand doing body weighted squats has given me a platform, an opportunity to strengthen muscles around the knee area,my thighs, glutes and legs through body weighted squats.The bands keep my knee from flaring out too far, this prevemts the pain which shoots through my knee when I squat.I have noticed that the more muscle I have on areas surrounding or near the knee, the less the knee itself actually has to work, meaning less pain overall, a better looking physique with legs and glutes and the ability to perform a squat slowly returning.Will I ever be able to squat the same as before the injury? I am not sure, but this has definitely helped me towards performing a basic human function.This makes a great addition to anyworkout whether cardio or weight lifting, it helps to correct form, provides a way to squat with tension without a gym, increase run times by forcing leg and glute muscle growth.It also provides an excuse to burn calories when there is nothing else to do.The company pumping these out are clearly hard working, and the product is of good quality (better quality than what is at my local gym), hats off to them.I do not regret my purchase.

I was worried these would be cheap bands, because you never know what quality you will get when you buy online. I needn't have worried though, they match the quality of the bands provided in my Pilates class...at a much better price! I started with the green (easiest ) band and now am on the pink. Great seller too.

Great good quality bands. Don’t cut into your legs or bruise, great little bag they come in with guide. Recommend.

Pleased with my purchase, spent awhile looking for a decent set of resistance bands and found these, they are ideal for all sorts of exercises. Really well made and have a handy storage bag with them when they are not in use.

Only been using them for a couple of weeks but so far they are working well, comfortable to wear, stay in place well
