Worth the money

Is as described. A plain brown traveler’s notebook with one band and a spare. Didn’t fit my notebooks especially well, but that’s because I went for notebooks rather than refills.

Fantastic with really nice leather and it holds two of my sketch book perfectly and the leather is getting really nice patina from all the handling of it . I take it nearly every with me love it.

I bought this as a give, it was well received, the leather is very nice, it is sturdy the note pads fit in very well

It's lovely. Very pleased with quality. Remember these are always quite basic so that the materials used must be quality.I'm going to enjoy filling this with my own handmade watercolour paper inserts.

Disappointed. This is the 4th of these I have purchased and normally love them. (left). This one I ordered another as a gift (pictured right) is not crazy horse leather. ( dark brown) as advertised.. More like black and the leather is shinier and not as waxyDoesn't feel or look anyway as near as nice as the others.Also it was already opened so I can only assume it was a return. As I will be doing. Sad as I really loved all the other newster leather products I have purchased.

I was expecting to at least have enough bands for extra inserts for this - but instead I only received one spare. Now going to have to buy more as well as extra inserts since although you pay a fair amount for this, you only get one cheap insert inside which has a retail value of around 20p. Wouldn’t waste your money.
