Direct replacement and looks good

Wrong bolt pattern. Screws not long enough.
Suppose to fit a 70Qt Todd swingback cooler seat but the screw pattern on this is 4 in. center to center. My pattern is 5 in. center to center. I can't just drill a new hole in the cushion because they have metal inserts installed that the screws go into and where the new screw hole needs to go there isn't any support in the cushion for it.. I will need to drill a new hole in the swingback frame instead. Also; the screwss incl. are too short. They maybe grab a few threads but that about it. They need to be 1/2" longer at least. I'll have to make it work I guess by drilling a new hole and buying longer screws.

exact replacement fit for my old WISE 8WD156-710 swing arm cushion
The 4 bolt hole pattern (2 per side) matched exactly to the old swing arm. The original WISE cooler was purchased installed on a 2002 Seahunt 186 center console. The predrilled bolt holes are 4 inches apart. Included were 4 stainless steel bolts/screws with philips heads. The new screws are the same diameter as the originals but are about 50% longer and threaded easily into the holes. The change out time was under 5 minutes.

looks good on my 16 ft carolina skiff
a little tricky drilling then holes ,had to buy drill bits for the stainless steel and longer screws but overall not bad.

works, had to buy longer stainless steel bolts and drill a second set of holes to match it up but it is built solid and looks good

Not an exact fit
Screw holes do not line up with existing holes and the screws that are provided are not long enough. The old screws were too big to re-use with the replacement seat, but it is decent looking and comfortable for the money.
