I was worried if this would have enough power or be more of a pain then a help. It was wonderful. It would quickly charge phones (both android and Apple) and usually two phones with little to no battery without running out of power itself. It charged quickly itself. We took it to Europe and it was beyond helpful. We could use our phones endlessly, all day (pictures, videos, directions, internet, movies) and then charge with this device so our phones would last 12-15 hours a day with excessive use. I would usually charge this device at night while we slept and in the morning it was ready to give me at least two full charges to phones during the day. Sometimes, if I had capability, I would charge the device during the day so we would even have greater capacity of having fully charged phones throughout the day and most of the night. Very easy to use and charge. Made our trip even better because we never had a dead phone. Highly recommend this product.

I needed this for a trip i was going on. I was not going to be where I can easily access somewhere to charge my phone if I needed it. Let me tell you after fully charging this, I got two full and 1 1/2 charges. My kids and I both has fully charged phones and was able to take all the pictures and upload them. It was great for our family and it would be for yours too!

Item shipped is not as described in words and pictures. Not usb-c, not PD, not 18w, not fast charging. how do i know? the usb-c pd power bank has 2 ports and LED on top. this product, i bought 2, has 3 ports and led on the side. Return to Sender! Why not just advertise the actual product you sell. Product works fine, Belkin is the best.

The only time I need a portable battery is when I travel and use a lot of walking directions. The gps running on my iPhone 11 means I only get 3-4 hrs of battery life. This is not to heavy but allows me to charge my phone twice. Power delivery worked as advertised. 10% battery charged to 50% in about 30 minutes. If you only need to charge your phone and plan to walk around with the battery then I would not go with a larger unit. They get heavy after a while.

I have tested many power banks this year and this one holds up to the test... however its not perfect.As far as power is concerned; it does hold the 10000mah claimed (typically mfg's who claim 10000mah mean 10000mah @ 3.7V while this battery does 9200mah @ 5V) so the capacity is solid.However I wasn't able to sustain anything past 1.43A with this battery... my phone would fall to "charging" from "fast charging" and I tried this with laptops and other phones too.... it can only seem to put out 7.5W which is notwhat belkin claims....The other version with the stand has the same power characteristics but it is just a bit bigger to hold the stand.In terms of weight it is "acceptable" considering the weight but isn't great when you factor in the paltry power limitations...All in all this is a versatile little power bank that does hold the power that Belkin claims that it holds but fails the claims of power output.Therefore this can only be recommended as a backup / supplemental charger for long trips where you can leave your phone to charge for hours at a time.

It charges devices quickly thanks to USB PD support.However, when charging the power bank itself it's not clear when charging is complete. The device has four LEDs that blink and progressively turn solid to indicate the status. The obvious assumption is that the first LED blinking means 0-25%, the second one blinking means 25-50%, the third means 50-75% and the fourth LED means 75-100%. However, when it reaches the fourth LED it blinks forever - leaving me guessing if it's actually done charging. It'd be helpful if the fourth light turned solid once it's fully charged so that I know when it's ready to go.

It took just 2.5 hours for the charger to charge using the usb c port. I am happy with it. Usb c charging is faster and it will be very useful.

Not heavy. Passes TSA no problem ever. Holds many many smartphone charges. Can easily carry while sightseeing, etc- not heavy at all! It’s become my favorite battery charger!
