HAUS LABORATORIES by Lady Gaga: EYE-DENTIFY GEL PENCIL EYELINER, Mood

Sadly, the eyeliner pencil I've been using for years, by marc Jacobs has been discontinued, so I was on the hunt for a new liner. Enter lady Gaga. These were a pleasant surprise! They glide on so smoothly, don't skip or crumble and it stays put almost as long. It's easy to sharpen, and so far it hasn't broken. After using the f first one I bought, I came back and bought two more, just in case Haus labs shuts it's doors, like Marc Jacobs beauty. For the price, you can't go wrong grabbing a bunch of these. Clearly people that are giving these 1 star reviews are NOT READING the description!!! These are not twist up pencils!!! You have to SHARPEN THEM!!!

This is well-made eyeliner, it does not smudge and lasted all day which surprised me. The wine color is beautiful

I read a lot of reviews... and it took me a minute to figure it out, but you do have to literally sharpen the pencils with a eyeliner pencil sharpener. It does work, and it works fine. They DO look like they should have a twist mechanism, because the bottom looks like it's a separate piece, and there's a significant gap between the product and the "pencil" plastic. But, they do not twist-- you have to sharpen them.My complaint is that the product itself is awful. I don't know if the pencil I got was just old, but it was SO DRY. I couldn't get it to draw without some serious pressure-- I drew on my hand to get it going, but I wasn't about to put that kind of pressure on my eyelid. I sharpened it to a fresh piece of the "gel" liner (seriously, how is this gel? It's so hard!), and I could get color on my outer eyelids, but it still required too much pressure. I tried gently layering over and over on my inner eyelid, but it just wouldn't come off on my skin. I will stick with my other gel pencil eyeliner that easily glides on. These are awful.

Loved the staying power. Wish i had ordered a darker color though.

I have collected almost every color and it is worth it. So many ways you can wear it. I get excited about putting on makeup just so I can use my eyeliner.

This is an update to my previous review. The breakage problem continues with 3 more subsequent orders. SO much waste !! Plus the integrity of the ‘kohl’ is lost because it breaks below the pencil top so when you try to apply it’s a bit of a mess. Really too bad b/c I love this color. Additionally the price has increased appx $8 since my original purchase of $10 !!I don't think its smudge proof or at least not my def but I do like the color and the price so I could work around that...BUT... the first time I tried to sharpen it the inside color broke, not just at the end but all the way inside of the outer wood? that encases the color. I lost a good amount of the product : ( I will purchase another Haus sharpener and hope mine was dull and caused the break. Fingers crossedCome on, Lady Gaga get this fixed !

It deliverers everything it promises too!! Super easy glide ! Beautiful colors! No eye irritation!!LOVE!! Just please Haus Labs get some 50 +models in your ad campaign!!🐾

The pencil I got isn't one you can sharpen and there doesn't seem to be a mechanism to extend the pen tip/color. If I whack the pencil against the counter, the tip will slide out a little. It will just slide right back in the second you apply any pressure, which makes it a real pain. It's too bad, too, because the color and feel are great.

Seems to be a durable product
