So many fine tunes! Usually the fiddles have all the fun, but with this collection the cello moves to center stage. Playing at speed would be a challenge for a beginner, but the tunes are worth learning.

Great pieces and with two parts I can play with my cello teacher! Love this.

this book has great celtic music for the cello. My 14 year old grand daughter has already mastered most of the songs. Well written and arranged.!!!

Great collection of Irish & Scottish tunes regularly played in sessions. Also includes wonderful ideas for bass lines.

This book has a great variety of celtic pieces, with energetic accompaniment. I used the book to transpose for different instrument combinations, including flute, alto horn, tuba, french horn, and guitar. The CD that comes with the book is great also, and enjoyable to listen to.

Brilliant! I bought this last week and absolutely love it! I like the tunes..they're not too hard and fun to play and my mum and I have been happily playing the duets together and then when she had enough I played alongside the Cd for ages! Really happy with this purchase.

L'edizione è molto curata, presenta due voci di violoncello: melodia e accompagnamento (spesso ricco di doppie note). La parte melodica presenta indicazioni di diteggiatura, entrambe hanno indicate in modo chiaro le arcate. Inoltre sono indicati degli accordi per un eventuale accompagnamento di chitarra.Gli arrangiamenti sono molto belli, e spesso ci sono dei commenti ai vari brani.Un'ottima proposta per i violoncellisti che volessero confrontarsi con un repertorio diverso e popolare!

チェロ2重奏用楽譜で、CDも付いているので、聞いても、演奏しても楽しめるお勧め品です。難易度も高くないので、普段バッハやベートーベンなどのドイツ音楽を主に演奏している方も、たまに毛色の違う曲を楽しんでみるのもよいのではないでしょうか。　最近では映画でもよく「ケルト音楽」を耳にしますが、なかなか楽譜を入手する事はできませんでした。以前、アマゾンさんで「ケルト音楽、楽譜」で検索して出てきた書籍を購入したところ、楽譜ではなく単なる解説本でした。業者に「楽譜ではないんですけど」問い合わせたところ、「だまされるほうが悪い」というような誠意のない対応だったので、すぐに返品しました。それに比べ、今回の「Celtic Grooves,,」演奏可能な楽譜で、ケルトミュージックを自分で演奏して楽しめる事が出来ます。ただし、曲としてはパターンの決まった曲が多いようです。
