FYI for people with digestive upset or food sensitivities please be aware. This can trigger ibs and cause an autoimmune flare.I continue to be offended that full disclosure of ingredients aren’t ALWAYS required. Yes, some ppl are FINE, but for those of us who are not, and for those at risk, working hard to maintain a semblance of health, this continues to be unacceptable.
