Finally a SAFE product that cuts grease!
The Pear smells yummy, and it cleans better than I expected. I desperately wanted something natural to clean my dishes with - our family and pets EAT off them- I was "done" with all the yucky ingredients in commercial dish liquids. I decided to try this Earth Friendly Dishmate after previously using a "natural" dish liquid that suddenly decided to "improve" their formula with sulfates and hydrogenated oils and weird stuff. Since I was used to using something on the "low-sudsing scale" previously, I wasn't expecting a lot with the Dishmate. But....I am super happy, and am here to stay with Earth Friendly Products. It DOES suds up (don't expect Dawn), and it even cut coconut oil in COLD water on my dishes - impressive. Plus, it leaves absolutely NO residue. It's really cool - all the dishes "squeak" clean. I LIKE IT! Very gently on hands, too- doesn't dry out the skin. Leaves a good conscious knowing I'm not adding extra cancer poisons to my family. Thankyou, Earth Friendly. Please keep this formula!

5 Stars for good Bang-4-Buck Value.
Very satisfied with the Ecos/Dishmate brand. The value is good, and it works very well. No, it does not "suds up" like many other commercial cleaners. "Suds" are not proof of cleaning ability. They're a marketing gimmick that we've learned to take as truth. There are plenty of crap products out there that include sudsing agents to make you believe they are cleaning .. but they are not.Dishmate works well, and the concentrated cleaner is excellent. Four 1-gallon bottles will likely last me for 3-4 years. 1 bottle lasted almost 10 months for my usage. I generally put approximately 1/2-Cup of Dishmate in a 32oz spray bottle + water to fill the bottle. The spray tip generates sufficient suds, and using either "poof" sponges or silicon sponges, also helps aerate and generate sufficient suds to visually let you know where you've cleaned the surface.Dishes end up squeaky clean, and rinse well, with no "soapy residue" remaining. If I need extra grease cutting, I simply squirt a bit into a blender, fill with water, and whip up a blender full of suds to soak over the pots/pans/dishes and leave them sitting for a few hours. I've had minimal difficulty just wiping away "cooked on grease" after a bit of soap.Honestly, I haven't had to use too much elbow-grease in cleaning dishes.. unless I (cough cough) burn my own meal. But you know.. 😅 WHO DOES THAT?5 Stars for good Bang-4-Buck Value.

Best natural dish soap
I love this soap. I buy it in a gallon 4 pack and refill our kitchen sink small container on a weekly basis. I also have it underneath my sinks in the gallon bottle with the Never-MT Soap Dispenser conversion kit. They are an awesome duo.UPDATE: I have bought this 4 1 gallon pack 7 times in the past 3 years. Sadly, the last batch I got was so thick and chunky I could barely pour it into my kitchen sink smaller bottle (25oz.). I decided to give it a try at handwashing dishes. It is hard to squirt out of the small bottle and does not suds up properly if at all. I am returning this last case. I need to order more but am worried that the last lot (batch) I ordered was a bad batch? old batch? etc. I hope this is not a new formula. The bad box - lot - batch number I am returning is 170131746886-50

Great price
Great price if you have room to store the jugs. We like liquid handsoap in the bathrooms but we don't use products with sulfates. This is a great product. We use it in all our bathroom soap dispensers as well as the kitchen. The pear smells divine!

No dishpan hands
If like me you can't use rubber gloves and have a lot of items that require hand washing, this is a very good product. Not only does it clean properly but it is very gentle on one's skin and the pear scent is subtle and pleasant.
