Lovely shoes in person, definitely recommend.Sizing: Big.Anyways, I'm a 7 and a half in nearly every shoe. I got a 7 in these and they are still a bit loose, so I'll be getting heel pads for the back of my heel. Which I suggest, if you're a half size, order the size down. You can always make them fit better with heel pads but you can't make polyurethane give, to my knowledge. I woulda went down to a 6 but they'd be too small. I think the reason they're so big is because the front is rounded so much or something.Walking: Easy but be warnedAs far as walking in them, it's easy unless they're loose. If they're loose, prepare for your upper legs to hurt REALLY bad the next day after wearing them, which is what happened to me. But that's my fault, I didn't prepare for it. They're very stable and give you a big chunk of height, probably 3 and a half inches or so? Not sure.Construction: FantasticPlatform seems like it isn't going to seperate, the upper part of the shoe feels like it's a tiny bit in the platform.Straps are alright, however the fact that they are elastic where the buckle is worries me, only because of how heavy these are. That's also why I recommend making sure you get them to fit snug. If they're loose, it's extra weight and pressure on the elastic. The material looks really nice in real life, and the indents/pleats (?) on the platform make it look different than just a plain old black platform. Feels really durable for the price.Value: Very good for what it is, and surprised it wasn't more.Reason I say that is because I got 1and a half inch in front, 2 inch heel creepers from demonia, and they were nearly 60. 100 percent worth it, and they were veggie suede. However, these have over double the size in platform, and they're a bit cheaper. Which personally I think is amazing. I was surprised at how cheap they are. I'd definitely pick them up. Even if the straps do give on you eventually, you can get that fixed, and for the price, if anything happens to these past the 8 month to year mark, I won't be upset about it really. I could have justified spending even 70 for these. I got them in polyurethane. I'm not marking them down a star because that happens with every item. A new pair is coming from Amazon right now, amazing customer service. I talked through live chat to someone named Susan about the flaw I had, said I was bummed cos I wanted to have them soon and in good condition. She placed a new order for me free of charge and gave me a months time to send the ruined ones back with a prepaid return postage stamp. Even sent out the new ones with 1 day shipping, the same kind that I originally got.

I am European 39 and usually wear US 8.5 so it recommended the size 9 but when arrived the size 9 was WAY too big. They easily let me exchange for size 8 and they fit great (as long as you realize since it is a high platform there is absolutely no bend in the shoe with each step so it's a little strange to get used to at first). No issues with the return/exchange and got the smaller sizes shipped immediately. Thank you! They are so cute!

Okay, to start off, I am going to say that usually Demonia shoes are smaller than my normal shoe size. I wear a 10.5, but since most shoes do not come in half sizes, I have to order 11. Most 11s from demonia JUST fit. As in, when I walk my toes hit up against the very end of the shoe and can get overly uncomfortable from extended periods of time. These I'd actually say ate true to size! I struggled with trying to decide if I'd say they were somewhat large, because like I said, most demonia 11s are actually small, and these are definitely a half a size too big for me. But that's actually how it should be, since I wear a 10.5 and had to order and 11. So, they are definitely true to size, but I can see how some people might be confused and say they are too big.These are might lighter than I had expected, but that's not bad at all, and they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. They seem to be made well, and I have no issues at all with them. Just make sure to measure your foot, then go with your exact size.

They're very cute shoes! I only have two complaints. 1) the shoes are made from very cheap materials. They probably won't last very long, especially if you wear them every day. It's definitely inevitable that you will scuff or scratch the shoes at some point. 2) the sizes are a bit off. With closed-toe shoes I'm usually a size 10-11, sometimes even a 12. I figured these shoes would be narrow so I went ahead and ordered an eleven--but they're too big! It's not that bad, I can still comfortably walk in the shoes, but a smaller size would've been a much better fit. Something I didn't account for was that the shoes would be so wide. If you have narrow feet you should size down for sure. Other than that, the shoes are comfy (as comfy as platform shoes can be haha) and actually adorable.

I'm about a size 9/10 when it comes to shoes, however I have wide feet since I'm a plus size girl. I ordered the size 11 even though people told me a size 10 would be fine, it probably would have been fine, but the size 11 work out wonderfully. The toe box is nice and wide, so if you have wide feet they won't be squished in at all. They aren't heavy, they are nice and light and easier to walk in compared to heels.

Despite a 4 1/2 inch foam sole, these shoes don't have much cushion. The sides are high towards the back of the shoes and rub uncomfortably against my ankle bones. I improved both issues by purchasing padded insoles, adding $10 to the cost of the shoes.Very cute, nice height, very stable. The polyurethane upper is good looking as far as manmade materials go, but it's stiff. I think leather would be more comfortable.UPDATE 2015: I changed my 4 star rating to a 3 because in the 4 years I've owned them, I find I rarely wear these because they're not that comfortable, even with the added insoles. Friends have worn this style too and also found them uncomfortable.

Love the shoes, wish I'd listened to the other comments about the shoe sizing. THEY ARE AT LEAST 1 - 1 1/2 SIZES TOO BIG !!! Order down at least one size. Beautiful shoes otherwise, finally at a height I want to be !!!

Delle Demonia in genere prendo il 40, il 39 di questo modello mi sta leggermente abbondante, ma credo il 38 sarebbe troppo piccolo... comunque consigliatissime a tutte le amanti delle platform!

superbe , mais un peu grandes , je fait un 37 j'ai pris du 36 , ces un peut grand , mais pour l’astuce , il faut mètre du mouchoir ou du coton au bout , mais sinon elle sont méga confortable et super belle

Elles sont magnifiques!Comme dit dans les autres commentaires j'ai pris 39,5 alors que je chausse du 40, il y a un bon centimètres de trop mais cela n'est pas dérangeant du tout quand on serre bien les brides quand le pied est au maximum à l'arrière de la chaussure ainsi elle tiendra et le pied ne glissera pas vers l'avant ce qui fait mal en marchant pour ma part et les plateformes sont plutôt légères.Les mauvais points c'est qu'elles ne sont pas très confortable, je veux dire par là que les porter toute une journée doit être usant mais il suffit de mettre une semelle pour régler ce petit problème, et bien sûr les matériaux cheap utilisés mais des chaussures de ce style sont introuvable avec de bons matériaux!
