Very good
Not as supporting as a SBD 13mm but with a lot more mobility. Compared to other nylon belts I have used it gives a much better brace. Honestly there is nothing to complain about.

These ARE NOT carbon fiber. They CAN’T be tightened. Horrible design for a lifting belt.
