I read some of the negative reviews, but some reviews you really how to glean is it user or product and sometimes it can be both. My only issue, though it wasn't that big of a deal, is that I wish they provided nitrile gloves, not the plastic like the ones that come in hair dye boxes. However, that does not change the effectiveness of the product. Due to having been a runner and how my foot pronates I am prone to calluses. After using this product on the callus only as instructed my feet felt wonderful. I would highly recommend this. For the record, it was more effective than when I get pedicures.

Super happy with this product. I was struggling to find a good product for the calluses on the back of my feet. This product was amazing. It took everything off after the 1st use. It’s important to follow the instructions carefully.

It does not say how much you should use only if it doesn't work first time may need to reapply. I do not know if it is meant to help rid of callus on its own or because it requires you to use the pumice stone. If so, it did not work, I used the file. May try again at a later date. It says not to get it on soft skin. It comes with pumice stone. I think a glove, I had my own. Good size container. No chemical smell.

I bought this right b/f pandemic to soften feet & hopefully heal some nail issues [tho see below was not sure I had an "issue]. then, after I stopped going for pedicures, I used this soak to help me do my own pedicures. I soak for at least 15-20 minutes, and use about 3 tbls. I have had a re-occuring issue of built up skin under my toenails that wasn't anything I could diagnose like a fungus or anything--I just thought my nails were changing composition or something. Well, after first month or so of using this every week, this problem like 90% gone, so maybe it was something related to a fungus? not sure. But I am very happy to lose this problem after having it for 5+ years, maybe longer. this soak has helped manintain my feet in post-pandemic, post pedicure world.helped make it an easier time of maintaining my feet b/c this soak makes it easy to groom feet--softens nails for cutting, cleaning and exfoliating. I really recommend this foot soak--very happy I found it

I love the smell it's clean and crisp I myself have a problem with calluses on the back of my feet I used this ONE time 3 weeks ago and my feet are still nice and smooth!! Do use gloves when applying the callus remover. It's a strong product DO NOT USE THE CHEESE GRATER ON CALLUSES.

I have extremely cracked heals and I've spent so much money on scrubs, soaks,peels you name it. I took the risk and bought this and purchased a rasp as well and it just grated off I was in shoke all these years and now this. I'm guilty of walking barefoot always so you can imagine how bad my heels were
