My knee pillow arrived yesterday and I used it last night and have to say I'm amazed. I had the best sleep in ages. I woke without back pain and got up this morning and was able to walk straight away without having to hobble for several steps until the stiffness in my hip subsided. I woke in the night far less than I have been doing and due to the comfortable but very secure strap when I did wake I was able to easily change my position with the pillow remaining safely in place. Just to add I have been an amazon customer for donkeys years and this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a review so impressed was I with the knee pillow.

I love this pillow for comfort and ease of use. I do have an issue with the strap and Velcro however. It doesn’t stay closed.Either the strap is not long enough, or the Velcro strip us too small, but I think it’s a bit of both. In summation, it’s a good product but would benefit from a longer strap and stronger Velcro fastening point.

I have mid back scoliosis, this pillow has really helped keep me aligned at night. My morning back has reduced pain to none. It keeps my hips in alignment all night, I don’t notice it when I’m asleep and find it super soft and comfortable. I don’t think I could live without it now. It has a machine washable zipped (discreet) cover.Only one negative, they have used a Velcro attachment to secure the leg strap so you can undo it to put it on. I’ve had to stitch around it so I can’t feel the sharp edges of the Velcro (I have to cut all labels out, so it’s probably just me) so have to slide it on and off my leg which is fine for me.A must have for everyone, bad back or not....

Disappointed with this pillow. On the plus side the memory foam seems of good quality and the cover is very soft. But the velcro strip intended to secure the strap to keep the pillow in place is substandard and nowhere need big enough to provide a strong enough grip. Consequently the whole pillow is rendered useless because it won't stay between the knees when you turn over at night.

Too thick to be comfortable

I’d been told about these but a bit sceptical to be honest, thought it was just another gimmick to get you to spend money but was wrong, this is so simple but brilliant,certainly wouldn’t be without it now.It’s well made and very comfortable but takes bit of getting used too.Helps give me me better nights sleep and helps keep a better back alignment.Wouldn’t be without it now.....

I ordered this pillow following a back injury. I'd seen that side sleepers ought to sleep with a pillow between their legs and unfortunately a standard pillow was just too awkward to cut it. This pillow has been really useful over the last two months and I rarely sleep without it. The cushion is reasonably firm but not so much that I can't sleep (I can fall asleep as easily as any other night!), but I do find that this naturally becomes slightly less firm over time. The main reason why this isn't a 5 star is the velcro strap. When I first bought it I had to wear long pyjamas as the velcro did scratch against my skin otherwise. Now the velcro has lost its stick so I just hold the pillow in place with my legs which works fine but as a sleeper that tosses and turns it's not uncommon to find it on the floor or elsewhere in the bed. Aside from that it's been a huge help with my sleep and relieving some pain especially at the peak of the injury. I'd recommend, just be mindful the velcro lasted about a month and a half!

The pillow is extremely comfortable, the foam is top quality, and the strap doesn't bother me at all.Just a heads-up, though, I had a knee injury and because of that I still need to use an extra pillow on my feet to get my legs fully supported. When I used only the knee pillow I would still get some discomfort on the knee.Other than the above, I'm very happy about the purchase.
