These bands are durable and good to use for physical therapy.

It came with everything I need for workouts, plus it’s easy to take with me, I can do all the workouts I want, one word would be perfect

After 2 years, the bands have held up well. I didn't use them 24/7 during that time, maybe 3 or 4 months of everyday, cumulative use.I've docked two stars because it was clear to me that the carabiners included in the set would destroy the bands in short order. This is probably non-obvious to most folks using the bands. They have many sharp features that the bands would frequently encounter around the gate, given how small the opening is to put in the bands (latex does not like to be nicked!). I have since tested this with the yellow band that I never use, and it started to deteriorate rapidly. This unfortunately means that you should replace the carabiners with something larger and with less sharp features (e.g. wire-gate climbing carabiners, delta links, etc.) if you need them.I also tested the bands after 2 years of use for force vs strain (% elongation). Didn't do it when I first received them, so can't really comment on degradation of a force-strain curve (yes, I know stress-strain is the more materials science approach). But it might give folks an idea of how "stretchy" these bands are.

I take this on road trips. When I can't sleep in motels because of all the banging noises, I whip out my elastic band set, start working out, and make similar noises.

So first off let me just say to those thinking of doing resistance band training, don't hesitate. Obviously there are limits to what these bands can accomplish, you're not going to be the next Arnold using bands, but if you are looking at getting in shape, toning up, and even putting on some muscle mass depending on your level this is a great tool. Not only are they inexpensive but they are very versatile to allow you to perform and modify tons of excercises, and you can easily put them in the carry bag and take them with you if you travel. I use these in hotels when traveling for work so I do not have to deal with those tiny gyms they have.This set is well made and includes the needed attachments to get a variety of excercises accomplished. I see no issues with quality but like everything in life I expect over time for things to wear out so I will update when/if that happens. The only thing you have to get use to when using the bands is overcoming the fear that it will snap and come back to hit you. Some of us were scarred as children with rubberbands from our siblings lol.Overall I think this is a solid set for the price to add to any small home gym or in lieu of bulky equipment.

When they first sent this, I was missing a few things, not big things, just a hook carbonator, the protective sleeve, and a waterproof bag. I messaged them to replace it and they did! They actually sent another box of everything, and now I have almost two of everything. I didn't mean for them to send everything again but at least the missing objects are accounted for.Other than that, the quality of the bands is good and I am really enjoying using this product. It's easy to use and extremely helpful. Everything works as expected.

This is the second set of bands I’ve owned. I thought I loved the first set but these blow them out of the water. Great for squats and overhead presses. Very sturdy. Easy to clean. Good spectrum of resistance from the lowest one to the highest.

These bands are great! They arrived on time, were exactly as pictured, and even came packaged with little rubber bands exactly matching each resistance band! I set them up and got to work on my biceps and triceps, and boy was I surprised.After only a few minutes, I could bench-press my weight in elephants while dancing classical ballet. I feel the best I’ve ever felt (except the time at my cousin’s wedding where I pillaged the drink bar, climbed on top of the wedding cake, and screamed “viva la France!!” at the top of my lungs), only this time, I didn’t lose any friends.In fact, I’ve gained some. Sometimes I talk to the resistance bands and they talk back to me. I taught them the words to The Star Spangled Banner and they taught me the Communist Manifesto. We talk about books together and sing nursery rhymes. I’ve never felt more understood.Sometimes, I lay awake at night and think of my life before the resistance bands. I cannot. It is an incomprehensible dark void which I am unequipped to handle. Sometimes I see things that are not there. One time, I forgot my own name. It doesn’t matter. I am ripped, and I am truly happy.
