In general, I am very skeptical of supplements, so a positive review isn't something I hand out often. My criteria for a supplement is that it HAS to have clean ingredients and data that backs up what its contents do and why they are helpful. The data on adaptogens clearly shows their usefulness for a variety of issues, and this formula is clean and upfront about what is in the supplement. I have taken this for 7 days now and the most noticeable differences to me are in my energy levels and my ability to cope with stress. Those are two things I struggle with consistently and I have felt like I am functioning with better energy, clarity of mind, and I haven't felt overwhelmed in the way that I usually do. I plan to continue taking this and will report back if anything changes for better or worse, but I think this one is a winner.

I normally stay away from natural supplements bc they take weeks to build up in your system and work... my wife and i tried this supplement and had similar experiences. After about a week or so, I noticed being more alert and focused. I was able to get through my day with more energy. It also helped my wife w her mental clarity and did improve her sleep quality. We love the fact that this is a clean plant based supplement and would recommend it to others.

So I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago and the first week I noticed absolutely no difference, but fast forward to week two and the energy I have is wonderful. I am sleeping now without waking up mid night. I can focus on tasks other than just getting up and doing the norm. I am an accountant and so having this begin to work is quite helpful right now. I'm not hungry at odd hours now. My skin looks more clear. The sleep though and focus are why I will be buying more of these. I havent noticed a weight change, but I have noticed many other things that may be even better than weight loss!!

Really enjoying this supplement. Makes me feel like I’m functioning at top tier. I can tell when I don’t take it.

Interesting how this product works for me. I do feel a sense of calmness during the day and I sleep more soundly, but it causes me to have VIVID dreams and I’m not wild about that.

I take a nighttime supplement that shares a lot of these ingredients, but also contains melatonin. For that reason, I don’t take the full dosage of that supplement. A couple of weeks ago, I added this one in the morning. It rounds out the dosage of some of these herbs and supplements but without the melatonin. I wasn’t expecting much of a change because I already have most of these ingredients incorporated, but I was wrong. I’ve had increased energy and focus in my daily routine! I used to need a power nap after lunch or else I’d be dragging to get to the end of the day. Now, that’s no longer necessary, which was my first indication that this had done something for me. Highly recommend!

I love the brand colors, as someone who loves an aestheticly pleasing medicine cabinet, this fit in beautifully, I enjoyed the relaxing feeling I had after taking these, I was able to sit at my desk for longer than normal and actually focus. Try to eat these within 30minutes of having food, and make sure you drink extra water when you are first getting used to it, herbal medicines are alot stronger than typical vitamins in my opinon, and you always want to set your body up for success.

Did not notice a difference. I went through the whole bottle. Gave it time to work but it did absolutely nothing.
