this is better than i expected . this tape is sticky and stays put ,it comes off the rool without tearing and is very heat resistant as real kapton tape should be . this tape is the real deal i have seen some other "kapton tape" melt with a soldering iron , well not this tape if you try to set it alight only the adhesive will burn not the tape . i even wrapped some around my heat gun nozzle for giggles and it didnt burn off at over 400c .it comes in a very handy size and the amount is enough to last a long time i`m going to buy more .

This tapes good quality and heat resistant. It's working good to protect around components from heating while soldering or desoldering .

Kapton tape that protects from heat as expected. Adhesion is ok but the thinner tape moves under hot air. reducing the flow helps. Other than that minor, excellent. Will purchase again, although you do get a lot for your money so might be some time

This melts at ~270c ish.This is not the same as the "real" stuff you might be looking for that melts at +400cAt the moment you CANNOT get the +400c real Kapton on Amazon.This is only Kapton coloured tape.

The first thing i noticed was this klapton tape reeks worse than fecal matter, it's revolting, and it's a dead giveaway it's extremely low quality and not suitable as when introduced to high heat it produces fumes that are a danger to your health.
