Works great for a short time, them doesn't work
I loved this item when I first got it even though I occasionally had to put the battery back into place as it seemed to dislodge easily. Now after a few months, it won't stay in the slot. If I push it in and keep my finger on it, the unit will turn on, but then won't stay on. I use a tablet and do payroll for over 120 employees, so this is really disappointing and frustrating.

It is a waste of your money
This worked for about 6 months. I needed this item for work since my new laptop at work does not have a numeric keypad on it. After 6 months, I could not get the keypad to turn on. DO NOT PURCHASE. It is a waste of your money.

Perfect
Works flawlessly. Nice feel to the keys and the sticky feet keep it in place during heavy duty keying. It worked immediately with no set up. Very pleased with this product.

Works perfectly for when I have to be mobile at work. I bought this because our laptops do not have a 10-key, and I can never use the number keys at the top efficiently. Accountant approved!

Best wireless 10-key I've found
Would be nice if it had an on/off switch as I noticed early on it would drain the battery pretty quickly. Otherwise, great product.

Gave one more port a try and it worked fine. Manual was no help
If you have trouble getting it to work, try a different USB port. I almost sent mine back after trying 2 different ports. Gave one more port a try and it worked fine. Manual was no help. Once it was working it performs as expected.
