"Nepenthe" Breast Pump Bag, Brown

Overpriced bag! I originally purchased in 2015 only carried my medela pump, along with pumping accessories, wallet, and small make up bag. It started falling apart. I carried some with my second child in 2017 even though the bag had seen better days. I forgot where I purchase from otherwise I would’ve reviewed a long time ago. I wish I chose the other bag style, maybe it holds up better.

I have been using this bag for almost 9 months to pump at work. The first couple of weeks, the strap started to stretch and fray. The Juno Blu folks sent me a new strap, but the same thing happened to the replacement. The bag just has not held up very well. The edges started to wear off, and the "JB" metallic label on the side has slipped off...and I have been very careful with the bag. The zipper has also broken, which makes it useless as a bag. I planned to breastfeed my son for two years, and sadly this bag will not last. I had emailed the company a while back asking about warranty information, and there really isn't a warranty. They were very helpful, as far as answering questions and determining if my pump would fit, but disappointed they do not have warranties if you buy from Amazon. I should've returned this months ago.The bag does have lots of pockets for organization, but with my Hygeia pump, cooler, and pump parts, there really wasn't much room for anything else. I could fit a couple of snacks, but I still found myself carrying two bags to work to carry things I needed for the day.Update: Juno Blu has excellent customer service! Upon contacting them via Amazon and email, they immediately provided a repacement for my bag, several weeks ago. It is a beautiful bag, and hopefully the original one I purchased does not represent the quality of all the bags. Hoping this one lasts, as I really love the functionality and style of the bag.
