This set has only one red band. How many red bands are needed for a workout? I wonder if i need to buy an additional single red band.

The red band goes in the back for legs support in the corresponding exercise. The remainder bands can be used in a great variety of ways. (please consider the manual, which demonstrates exercices)

Will these work on the Balanced Body spring board? If so, will the work just as good as the springs?

I own both the light and heavy sets and use them with my EXO chair. They are challenging for that use. I believe they’d work great on the springboard.

Perfect for my Balanced Body Exochair!

I got these for my Exochair and they are perfect. I’m able to do a lot of the exercises I was doing with the chair and reformer in the studio, but from home! Wonderful!
