Read several bad reviews.. I had no issues, desk is excellent for a small space. Love it
I searched for a ton of standup desks, which was difficult finding a small one that fits the tiny corner of my house that is my office. The other issue was finding a size that would also go the the heigh I needed. Im 6'0 and most other standup desks do not reach the hight I need to stand perfectly upright. This is perfect.

Compared vs Seville AIRLIFT XL
I have a Seville Classics AIRLIFT XL that I bought for 150 (never happened again) here in Amazon, and when I tried to get another one for a similar price, I was struggling since price went above 209 (last price was 289!). Then I saw AVLT and pictures looked nice and it was cheaper (159 dls).AVLT Product is good, but Seville AIRLIFT feels heavier, causing more stability, it has smoother pneumatic mechanism, and wheels have better quality. I found myself disassembling and reassembling the gas cylinder, because there was a lot of friction while lifting the desk, and after that, it started to work as it supposed to, with less friction and noise while lifting the desk (looks like some parts were not tight, so this is an area where company can improve, especially because most of your users would not do this).AVLT works as a cheaper alternative and it is fine, and the tablet/phone integrated stand was so useful for me. I use it for my computer and an extra monitor mounted on a dual stand. As I mentioned, it works, but so far I know that if I have some extra money at hand, it is worthy to go with my first option. Hope it is long-lasting.

Initial impressions are great - Home run product if it lasts a long time
I'm using it mostly on carpet and it's easy enough to wheel around. The height adjustment is very nice- goes as high or low as you would want. I was amazed at how much the package weighed when it arrived. It's a very heavy, sturdy unit overall & the gas piston lever mechanism works like a charm once you give it a tiny bit of adjustment. It's certainly not Gibraltar when it's adjusted all the way up, but it's plenty stable. The caster wheels are also a breeze to replace if you want some nice large ones that roll easily on a rug.The only con:- The top surface is fastened to the frame with about 5-8 threads on the four M6 x 12 socket head cap screws. I had some M6 x 15 laying around and I tried those, but they're almost too long and don't work either. This isn't a huge problem, as it seems sturdy enough with the stock fasteners, but I worry how it will hold up over time. It's a bit strange how for $200, the entire unit from start to finish really feels like just that- a reasonably premium product, except for this one caveat. I browsed around quite a bit before I settled on this exact one, and I'll probably go out of my way to fix it if it does end up loosening over time.Oh, also, the top surface had some extremely minor flaws that are hardly perceptible unless you really look for them. Overall, I like this thing a lot and if it holds up well over the course of a year or so I'll probably buy at least one more. It ended up suiting my needs very well and I have uses for a couple more.Might end up giving this review an edit / update in another 6 months.

Love it!
I love this standing desk. I purchased this stand because there are times I want to just type a couple emails or work while I’m moving around the house doing random tasks. It’s annoying to go back and forth from my desk. If I sit in my desk I tend to get sucked in. Anyways I’ve had no trouble moving it around even on carpet. As long as you don’t have the wheel brakes on it’s easy. I was nervous because of the price but definitely got my money worth. You can tell it’s high quality and looks modern.I have one small complaint:1. When you leave the desk in one position you have to use a little pressure to get it moving. I’m not sure if this is by design or not and it’s not that big a deal. After that little pull I can move it up and down quietly and as needed.Pros:1. Moves easy and locks in place.2. The span the adjustability is high. It will work for anyone. I can sit in a chair or stand on a stool and use it.3. High quality materials4. Modern design5. I love the pneumatic design and there is no manual lever or foot pedal. Just squeeze trigger and push down to lower or squeeze and let it move up on its own.Highly recommend product and I did a lot of research into similar products. My brother even purchased one after me.

Takes care when assembling
Previous reviews concerning uncertain attachment of the top led me to exercise particular care during assmbly. I found that the bolts must be perfectly aligned. Unlike situations wherein it is easy to spot misalignment by slant of the bolt, it is not so obvious with the inset of the bolt here. The first bolt I used did, in fact, seem to reach its end sooner than expected, but it did not seem misaligned. I was especially careful with the alignment of the second bolt and it went in much further. The first was redone and it went in the distance. I don't know what I'll think about the product in six months but, as of now, it is rock solid quality. And the casters work well on my close-knit carpet.

Keep your back straight
I'm very pleased with my adjustable laptop desk cart. I was looking for a cart that I could raise to a good chair height so I didn't slump over my laptop. I was also looking for a sturdy, well balanced cart that I could easily move to the middle of the room for my online yoga class or roll into another room when we had company. The table surface is not too large, but large enough for me to put the papers I'm working on right next to the computer. I can't think of a thing I would change.

Missing pieces
Looks to be easy to assemble and looks like in almost new condition, BUT there are no screws to attach the post to the stand or to the platform desk piece!!!

Beware holes may misalign
Was really looking forward to this cart to replace one I've been using for 2 decades and for the most part, assembly was a breeze. However, the main gas pipe connecting to the wheel base had holes that were misaligned and I had to spend a good hour drilling into metal to enlarge 2/3 holes and add washers for it to properly fit. Thankfully I had the tools on-hand for the fix, but buyers beware that it may be a lucky dip whether your parts arrive as a perfect fit or will need some manual labour.Overall a decent looking product that should realistically be priced around the $120-150 mark.
