So much better than tuna, can be used anywhere
I love this product so much. Not to be confused with Yellow Fin tuna, this is Yellow Tail, also known as Hamachi or Amberjack. It is firm like tuna but a little moister. It also has a milder, sweeter and less metallic flavor than canned tuna, so you don't have to hide it under a ton of mayo. Typically there are two or three long boneless skinless filets in each tin along with some smaller pieces. I love these in rice bowls, as a protein topper for salads, or simply on their own... maybe on a cracker or with a dab of your favorite sauce. And at less than five dollars a tin on Amazon, it's an amazing bargain for a quality tinned fish.

Tasty!
Bought this for my mom who loves tuna in oil. I was dismayed when I saw the brand of tuna she had been purchasing. I know I can trust Wild Planet to have the highest quality tuna. It's expensive but it's worth the peace of mind knowing that the tuna I'm consuming doesn't contain harmful mercury and is always sustainably caught.Best part though was getting the phone call from my mom raving about how wonderfully tasting the tuna is! She loves it!

Delicious
Yummy, very mild, yet very savory. First time ever having Yellow Tail, plan to make it a pantry staple.

Distasteful and fishy
I love wild planet albacore tuna, however this yellowfin tuna is fishy and distasteful. Also I ordered salt free but they sent the salted.

Lied about where it canned
Never buy canned fish products from the Asian coast, Morocco or Poland is fine.

Filets? No.
There was no filet; this is essentially canned hamachi bits, pieces in olive oil.
