What a great product !!! Everything that I was looking for. Couldn't ask for anything else. The safe is very dependable. A little heavy but works well. Key's were a little stiff at first unlocking the safe. Besides that, I loving it. Well built and great workmanship. I've had my previous Honeywell safe for over 18 years. So I can prove it to you guys that it's a great product 💯👀

The key does stick a little as mentioned by others, but is still perfectly functional in my safe. Great safe for a good price.

Seems like a nice little safe, I love the handle. Heavy but easy to carry. Just fyi, a 6x9 envelope fits but can’t lay flat in the bottom. Almost flat. Like a piece of printer paper folded in half or the size of a birthday card from your gram gram. Be aware of the inner size.

Do not buy this safe! The key mechanism and key is extremely poor quality but is used to "latch" the safe closed. Went to pick the safe up and the key broke and is now stuck with the latch open. Without drilling the lock out, the safe will not close making it useless. If the lock is drilled out, the safe will no longer be able to be latched closed? Due to the poor quality of the lock, it makes me question the quality of the safe in the event of a fire?

Well built. Lock works smoothly after adding 1 drop of oil. Very nice size if you place papers in letter width envelopes. This also keeps things sorted. This is not flood proof. On page 2 of the owners manual, protective waterproof seal is on all models except #1101 which this is, so I can't store it in my basement due to moisture concerns. (The least likely place to reach the temperature limit in my house) If you don't need a waterproof box, this should do very well and take op less space than most other models.

Works great! Comes with two keys. Fits documents but not much more. I used it for keeping our vehicle titles and other various documents.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Contacted Company twice with NO REPLIES. This safe was bought for home use to store important papers, cash, etc.. It took on moisture causing a mold and mildew issue. Not good for important documents! If you purchase, beware of potential concerns. Tried contacting the company for possible solutions, but they would not reply. I wasn't asking for replacement, just trying to get advice. I'll find a different brand for my future storage needs.

Item arrived quickly, Its fairly heavy for its size seems well made. If you are buying this as a safe its not really a safe the latch mechanism is not heavy duty. Its just to keep nosey eyes out or kids but for a burglary safe this is not it. Its just to keep some of your papers or other items safe in case of fire. I thought it might have some sort of seal on the lip of the lid for fire protection but does not. It counts on you leaving the box laying flat and the weight of the lid making a good seal which is ok if you can keep in laying down and not standing on edge. The interior size is ok will fit the width of a legal size papers but will have to be folded for the length. All in all Im happy with it and hopefully I'll will never need it for its fireproof rating but nice to know it will protect your items.

A dud. Looked okay but slot cut for locking latch to lock into in wrong position and therefore no way to lock this "safe box". Being returned after just 1/2 hour.

I am NOT impressed when a company sends out a returned it as a NEW item . I found a pen within inside the safe as pictured which a customer more than likely dropped it in so the next customer would know this is NOT A NEW ITEM BUT A USED RETURNED IT as see pictures attached as that's what was in the box . The product itself is fine but even the retail box of the item was NOT sealed as the seal was already broken . I wouldn't recommend this company ONLY for the fact they ARE NOT honest as could have sold it as a returned item but basically lied and sold it as a new item when it is clearly NOT . I personally WON'T but from this company ever again solely for this issue The item is very heavy for its extremely small size . I have another brand that last 1 hour and is water proof emersed for three days and almost 5 times the size and ONLY weighs 5 pounds more than this one and it is a well known name but NOT this company. I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED they chose to pull stunts like this but glad customers are putting things in to solely prove what today companies think they can do with a return and resell as " Brand New " when it is NOT . I would NEVER but from them again nor will I recommend them to other family members who were interested until I said what had happened and they will buy from another company now . However this is extremely heavy for the tiny space it has and the lock works fine but the certification makers are lacking to prove that it is truly fire proof as advertised and that may be the reason the last customer returned it and the fact it's overwhelming heavy compared to others . However you decide based on what I wrote as it's your money in the end . I will probably just give this one away to someone else and buy a real one with proper fire proof markings and time as this has NONE . Not Worth even what I paid for it but since I'm disabled and have no access to a car I cannot return the item andd so I have lost my money and will give it to someone who can't afford one that wants a small one and it's tiny inside .
