It works well. large enough to allow the tea leaves to expand and move around. The only thing I dont like, and its a minor minor issue, and why I only gave 4 stars, is that being all steel sitting in very hot water, the cap gets very hot. I some time peek in by taking the cap off, and the cap is very hot. If the cap had a small knob or something on it, or maybe diff material, I think it would be a 5 star product.

Does what it's supposed to but the wings that are supposed to set on the top edge of the cup/mug need to be a bit bigger/wider. Won't span a large mug.

I steep green tea at work with the hot water from the office water cooler. This little gadget and my standard sized coffee mug get daily use. The coffee mug looks a little worn now, but my steeper still looks like new.

This works perfectly! I've tried the "tea balls" before, made of metal with holes punched in it, but the holes are too big. Bits of looseleaf tea still get through. But with the Teablee's very fine mesh, nothing gets through--except great flavor. I also appreciate the lid which lies flat when I turn it over and makes a perfect stand for the Teablee when I take it out of the tea.
