I have high hopes for this product it seems very nice fit and finish unfortunately once I got it in tried seating the gasket into the watch multiple times finally got the gasket to sit flush around the rim like the instruction video says and like the paper instructions say but the crown would not function it would either hold the crown button in completely or not be able to press it at all. very unsatisfied with it as of right now I have a email into the company to see what their suggestion is but I’m probably going to wind up having to return this product. I spent 3 hrs trying to make this work. Was very disappointed because it looks great

I ordered my case for my Series 1 almost a year ago. Needless to say it was a great looking case after that - I’m pretty harsh when trying protective cases for my watch or phone.Case held up incredibly well!! I used it for almost a year under water conditions. The case broke early June and Catalyst sent me a new one no questions asked.The watch case comes in a magnetic box with extra buttons and a screw driver.Snap your watch inside the silicone covering then the case - tighten the security screw and you are done!Wish they would sell the buttons individually.I work in the retail side - after a firefighter saw ny case his entire retail crew bought 7 others.Catalyst you guys rock!!! Next I’m going to order the phone case.Customer service? A M A Z I N G!

I bought this watch case in January, wanting to give my watch a little more protection. It worked great until this morning when I finished my run and my watch almost flew out of the case. Upon further inspection, I found a crack in the plastic between the watch’s lock button and the crown wheel. I mainly wear my watch during workouts so it’s not like I was banging the case around on a daily basis. When I bought the case it was around $50, and I would expect a case in that price range to last longer than 7 months. Kinda disappointed

I tested this a few times before putting my watch in it. It definitely works! I'm not sure why people are complaining about it breaking or the screw, etc. Don't be a maniac and things will be fine. There is no need to try to tighten the screw through your watch. You can tell when it is tight and then you STOP! smh.I bought it for kayaking, haven't went but have had it on during several rainy hikes and it has held up great. I'm also someone that hits her watch on everything and while this case is not the most pretty to look at it certainly helps keep your expensive watch safe.

When the screen to my Apple Watch started to separate from the casing, I was searching for a band/case combo that would completely encompass and protect my beloved series 1. This case is perfect. It is secure enough, and has the added bonus of being waterproof. I have worn it in the shower with no problems. I’m not brave enough to swim in it. I was holding out for a good sale on a series 6, but honestly I feel happy enough with my old watch, in this case. Thank you!

This waterproof band looks and feels pretty good this is actually my second one I picked up I also have the all black and I’ve had that for a couple of years and never has any problems with it so I’m sure this will also work great I’ve been to ocean,pool and river and never had any problems with it I would highly recommend picking one of these up if your looking for waterproof case I seen that other people had problems it I can’t say I have I just recommend when your placing your watch in the case make sure the rubber sits well in the watch and also don’t over tighten the little screw and you’ll be fine

Well to be quite frank this is probably one of the best Apple Watch cases I’ve ever had I work for a tree company so needless to say I need the durability which on this model is quite great for the price the only complaint I could have is that it does not have a screen protector therefore I can’t imagine it’s very waterproof but I’ve washed my hands with it plenty of times and my watch comes out just fine highly recommend if you’re looking for a protector for work or regular use

This company is awesome!!! Super nice and super quick to respond. Work with you no problem.Assembly is a little bit of a pain trying to get the full gasket to appear on the front, I’m still trying to get mine fully into the correct location. The case and its parts feel really good and well made. None of the sensors have issues been covered and both the crown and button work perfectly well. It’s a nice clean sleek case and has a nice feel when wearing.

This really is totally useless. I bought this for an event that I competed in today and spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work when I got there. Once in the case the watch wheel on the side is constantly pressed so doesn’t work or turn. Totally useless. To top it off the return window given by amazon closed yesterday so I am stuck having wasted money on this. I had a cheap £10 case off eBay before which didn’t work well (but was useable, unlike this!) so I thought I would buy a decent case this time.

Fairly easy to fit but might become a bit tedious if you want to take it on & off regularly. Fits the watch snugly & seems to offer good protection against knocks, dust, fluids etc. Only downside is the price which is why I have docked 2 stars from my rating. Half the price would still be too expensive in my opinion.

Use that for a long time durable and reliable did not break my smart watch screen and very comfortable to wear.
