Chef's Mitt, Large, Black/Black

I used to buy these gloves at Sur la Table, then they stopped carrying them. I was so glad to find them on Amazon. These gloves are easy to use and grab hot items well. They are very flexible.

Does the job well

I was looking to replace a pair of kitchen grips mitts that were well used and past their prime. was so excited to receive this package and was surprised to find only one Mitt is included for the price. I decided to keep it as it replaces ones I threw out and loved and was able to find a match to this single for a discounted price. So read more carefully than I did and know that there is only one fabulous mitt....

My daughter introduced me to these oven mitts. I prepared a few dinners while visiting and realized I loved using these gloves! They work great, but you will need to order two. When lifting hot bakeware out of the oven, they really protect your hands and wrist area well. I also like that you can rinse them off if anything gets on them. I have small to medium size hands for a woman and these large gloves work out great. My husband can also use them as well. Great product!

I have had a pair of these mitts for 10 plus years. Love them, but mine eventually came apart at the finger tip seam. The new ones are the same quality but smaller in the hand and shorter in length , they don't feel as comfortable, not as easy to slip on. If you have large hands they may not work.

I bought my first mitts 12 years ago and loved them. Recently they started to deteriorate and would leave smudges (black mitts) on my bakeware. The new mitts are definitely the same quality but are a bit more stiff making handling the bakeware slightly more difficult. Will see if flexibility improves with use.

They do run a little small, so the original ones we got in size "small" are for a very petite adult. My hubby is 5'7 and this size Lg is PERFECT!

I've ordered these mitts and they not as advertised. They are listed as Kitchen Grips Chef's Mitts, Large Black Black. The color is correct but the size is not large. The Amazon ticket on the bag states "Large" but the card inside the manufactures' packaging shows S/P which I think means "Small" "Petite".These mitts are sold in two sizes on other sites. So if you're looking for the larger mitts, these are not what you want.
