Having previously been very satisfied with a purchase from the same company I chose to purchase a replacement handheld vacuum cleaner from them. The model I purchased was the SV-09.My order arrived punctually and was again well packaged and protected. One of the first things I noticed was that there was no detailed instruction manual. There was a basic manual illustrating the various tasks that could be carried out. For most people that would probably not be a problem. When I reported this I was immediately sent an instructional video, which I did find helpful. But I am aged 86!The cleaner was equipped with a more than satisfactory selection of tools and the charging unit. It has both suction and blow functions and a well-positioned light with on/off switch. There two power settings.Although it feels to be solidly constructed the product feels light and is easily held for any task. I use it for the car and clearing small items from the carpet. The blower function is very useful for the car.Personally I am very pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend it.

I have wanted one of these for years and finally bought one and I am very pleased with it! It saves me constantly getting the big vacuum cleaner out and it does great job. This vacuum cleaner comes with lots of gadget for those hard to reach areas and if you are as short as I am, the pieces can be connected to help you reach whatever height without needing to climb. Exceptional suction power and it is very light weight. This is a great piece of kit and I would definitely recommend it!!

I was really pleased to receive this hand held hoover. I have been wanting one for some time for my car.I have to say firstly, it came nicely packaged and all the attachments were in plastic.The instructions showed how all the different attachments work and what they can be used for, but didn’t show how to take it apart for cleaning. I did look back on amazon at my order details but it is simple to do.I have hoovered my car and my upstairs, when my dog leaves a mess, saves me having to drag up a heavy hoover for little bits. It has 2 speeds, you just press the button to start it and again for the next speed and then once again to stop it. Suction is very good and did its job. One end of the hoover does the hoover sucking up and the other side you can add attachments for blowing up, eg air bed etc. I also have to say for you menopausal ladies out there like me, when hoovering, the other side is doing the blowing and blows nice cold air out, kept me cool when hoovering haha.

Well built, quality feel to it. Nice touch for it to be a long press to switch on so you don't do so by accident carrying it.Easy to empty / recharge & came with loads of handy accessories in a nice bag.Battery life is incredible! I purposely left it switched on the high setting to test it - lasted exactly 30 minutes continuous which is far longer than a similar Dyson i have. Managed to hoover car / bathroom / kitchen / living room - i ran out of things to hoover it kept going! Great value for money.

This is great it has nice strong suction. It has several different attachments. It comes on a nice zip bag to store it all in you get an extra filter which is brilliant so you can still use the vacuum whilst your washing the other filter. The battery charged reasonably quick and lasted well plenty of time for all the jobs you need to do. Or even do your car. It's a nice quality vacuum and it is nice and sturdy. It is great value for money and highly recommended. It is really easy to clean and empty. It has an easy to read instructions booklet.

This little thing is awesome. It's so handy and my favourite thing about it is how quiet it is - I smashed a glass this morning before work at 630am, and it was too early to get the big hoover out. Instead, I used the little nozzle and tube attachments and I set it to low suction, and it quietly and quickly picked up all the glass fragments from my carpet. Did the job perfectly and was so quiet, there's no way the neighbours heard.I've not tried it for larger messes or extended periods, but I've used it to hoover up cat litter, glass, regular old carpet dirt and dust, soil overspill from plants (dry), and I've found it effective for all of these.It's also super lightweight. A shoulderstrap would've been nice for added manoevrability, but given how little it is, you don't actually need one at all and using the handle to hold it works just fine. I imagine it being perfect for cleaning out your car or desk given how easy it is to use, move and transport.It's really compact and comes with a little bag that holds everything so I find it really tidy and easy to store.Overall, a really nifty little product. Would strongly recommend for car owners, crafters, and clumsy people like myself.
