We had one for our other dog. This allows you to put their dog tags, rabies, license, and chip information on their collar and not be forced to use the tab where you would attach their leash. Love it. I have used one on my 10 year old dog for 9+ years.

This is my third tagit. I still have the other two but they are with my dogs ashes! This tag is very versatile, strong, easy to transfer from a collar to a harness. I just love it! Thank you

I purchase one other these from another company and love it. One of the best invention that has come out. Can be removed easily when need to.

It appears to be well made and the color is accurate as portrayed but the size of this collar will NOT work as intended for any collar other than a toy or small dog collar. So if you want to use this as intended, by attaching it to the material part of the collar, then only buy this if you have a small or toy size dog.I only ordered 1 instead of the 3 that I need, thankfully, but rather than return it I will attempt to attach it by clipping it through the "D" ring on the collar itself and then attach the tags. Hopefully this will work and I'll get some use out of this.I hope the seller puts a disclaimer or alert prominently on their page about the size of this tag holder or make larger tag holders.UPDATE: It's June 2, 2015 and my dog lost the id tag, county license and rabies tag I had attached. We went to the beach, as we do every day, and when we got back they were gone. I can only recommend this product if it is for small dogs that don't do a lot of vigorous exercise. I'm sure this product would be perfect if you are simply walking the little dogs or taking them to the groomer, vet, etc. I cannot recommend this for medium to large dogs that are extremely active. The color is good, the material is good and the price is definitely good but now I've got to spend $30 plus replacing the lost tags. Oh well, live and learn.

So I like to change up my dog's collar once in a while, and ordered this with a Martingale Collar. Since the tags shouldn't be on the D-ring anyways, I love how convenient this tag holder is. You just snap it on any collar and can easily take it off when you want to switch off to a different collar. Also like the idea that I can take this off at night, so I don't hear my dog's tag jingle. I bought another one for my mom's fur baby as well.

This is the only tag holder I will buy for my dog. They are sturdy and hold up to all his antics. i have one on standby in the cabinet just incase one happens to brake but so far so good!

Good product. I was under the impression that it would fit around a 1 inch collar, which it did not. I hung it off the collar's D ring, which leaves it long enough for the dog to chew on. I'll have to keep an eye on it and replace it with a carabiner when gets chewed through.

Great tag holder for my Martingale collar. It fits snugly on the collar, but has enough play to move if needed. As the Martingale collar used the metal D ring for the leash lead, this is the perfect solution to not have the tags bind up with the leash clip. For some reason, I was thinking it would be larger, but it fits neatly on the collar without any extra bulk.
