I bought this as I had got bitten by a dog, I wasn't happy about that, but life happens. The multiple devices are really solid and I feel that I can get my hand useable again (if I keep up the exercises, there was no extra willpower included)

I’ve personally not owned anything like this before and I bought it for my son, but from examining the items and having a quick play, I’m very impressed.They appear to be good quality and excellent value for multiple items. If you don’t like a particular item, there’s several to choose from to find something you are happy to fiddle with on a regular basis. Plus, some are more discreet to carry in a pocket. However, different ones will work different 34 muscles in the hand and wrist.You really can’t grumble at £5/6 pounds to improve your health. I’m a happy customer, thank you :)

Durable easy to use

Item arrived as described and on time. Well manufactured selection of exercising devices for hands that have become stiff, reduced range of motion and weak. Good for mobilising, stretching and strengthening your inticate hand muscles and tendons and maintaining them in good condition for everyday functioning.

Items came in a little bag which was a nice touch, however it was ripped on one side. The squeezing ball had a few hairs attached to it which I'm assuming was either from a previous return or someone at the factory when manufacturing the items. The actual gripper itself when set to 60kg starts to loosen with a few squeezes. So you find yourself having to tighten it every few seconds. The build quality isn't great either and it does feel like it will break. I sent mine back for a refund. I think this type of item can work, but maybe best to purchase a more expensive version.
