Well it lasted all of 19 days and this morning it leaked through the front surface about an inch up from the bottom edge. I located the source of the leak and under 16 x magnification found what is commonly called a non-plasticizable resin particle. These particles are commonly found in low quality PVC compounds in much higher numbers . It is possible that even with the best compounds one can happen across one of the tiny particles of resin that do not absorb plasticizer and as such create to the untrained eye a virtually unseen defect in the material. Such is the case here. The material subjected to temperature changes ranging from 30 degree Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit over short periods of time will cause these particles to break away from the compound and cause a compromise in the watertight integrity of the product.

glad I didn't spend much
Does not work with Nook Glowlight. Unable to swipe or press for page turn while in the bag. At this point I don't think I'll find anything to put my Nook into so I will be able to read while in the pool. Would work fine for any ereader with page turning button. Not worth shipping cost, time and effort to return.

Simple idea, great product for the price
I usually used a ziploc bag for waterproofing devices for mild use and found this to be a much more reliable alternative to Ziploc bags. I've only used it for my Kindle in the pool but it's been great for that. Screen is still crystal clear, all inputs are still responsive, and no splashes have affected my device.

Bad
I hoped to be able to use this on my Nook.However this sleeve blocks the touch screen so you need to take it out of the bag to switch it on.

Great for reading in the pool or anywhere near the water or dusting envirnments
These work great. Well made for the price. I certainly don't expect them to hold up for many years but I'd bet they'll last quite a while.

Pros:Appears very sturdy plastic. The seams are well sealed. I have not yet used it; however it meets my expectations.Cons: None, so far.

Not worth the money
Didn't work well. The touch screen didn't work through the "sleeve".
