Deep River Snacks Original Sea Salt Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, 2 Ounce (Pack of 24)

I saw these chips in a New York Times potato chip taste test. They were spot on in terms of crispness, salt level and lack of greasiness. I bought a case and had friends taste testing. One person thought they were too salty and everyone else loved them. I'm glad I can only buy them online thereby limiting how much I buy and consume.

These chips came packaged great. I had a bad experience with another brand and hesitated to buy another brand.Thankfully I took a chance on these Deep River chips and am so happy I did. They are great tasting.

great product at a good price

What I liked about this product was it had a really good expiration date which was 5/6 months away, it is non-gmo and uses sunflower oil. The rest of the ingredients are all natural. They are thicker than regular chips and the sea salt sort of sealed the deal. I read the reviews and was almost not going to buy them. I decided I would use my own opinion because it is hard to find chips that are all natural using sea salt and not that canola which is bad for you. Also too they are GMO which is another hard thing to find in stores in Maine. There was a dent in the side of the box, but not a chip crushed ??? The flavor was really good and not greasy. I have them as a subscribe and save item. I don't see any issues and was happy they arrived intact, tasted really good and used wholesome ingredients. What more could I ask for? They got a 5 Star review from me. I highly recommend this potato chip and their are many other varieties to pick from that too are all natural.

A little too crispy and had a lot of burnt edges.But can't beat the fact that they were tasty and REAL, Non-GMO, Organic Potatoes. What a treat to eat REAL FOOD!

I first tried these chips when our grandson brought some with him as a snack when we brought him to our house for a visit. His Mom is very particular about what he eats so I was surprised when I pulled these chips out of his bag. After checking the ingredients and reading some of the information on the bag I better understood. The potatoes are Non-GMO, the chips contain no Trans Fat or Cholesterol, are gluten-free and made in a nut-free facility. But let me tell you - these are fantastic kettle cooked potato chips. Everyone knows how expensive all chips have gotten but when I figured the cost for 24 of the 2 oz. bags versus a regular size bag of a popular chip brand, buying the Deep River chips was the way to go. My husband and I love the original sea salt and that's the only one we've tried, but I bet the other choices are great too. We'll be buying these again for sure!

Great potato flavor and very crunchy

Purchased two cartons for gift bags at rehearsal dinner. Much to my dismay, some bags in one carton were soggy, not stale but actually moist. I was very embarrassed. The chips from the other carton were delicious. But, unfortunately, I had no way of knowing which bags of chips were not edible one I placed in gift bag. A number of guests got inedible bags of chips in their gift bag. Very disappointing
