Very easy to install. Does what it's suppose to do

UPDATE: It's been 3 years now, almost to the day, with no cleaning of the plates along the way, and one of the plates under the more heavily used sections of the grill split down the middle and collapsed onto the burner. I'm a little surprised, thinking they would last forever, being stainless. But I guess even stainless has it's limitations and maybe I do need to clean them occasionally. I do clean the top grill where the food sits before every use. Not sure if I'll try another brand or not...ORIGNAL: Great construction and being stainless they should be the last set I need to buy. The top hole that goes over the tab on the back of the grill was not as wide as needed for my grill; my grill's model number was listed as compatible. But 30 minutes or so with the dremel tool fixed that in short order. I've been using them for over a month now without issue.

In my 'cooker, these are overall the correct length, width, and angle. However the "retention" hole is too small to completely seat properly. In that they are the correct length, they just sit on top of the retention fixture. I suppose if that concerned me (which it doesn't) one could use a drill, a Dremel, etc to widen the retaining hole. Even as is...these are nice and I feel an excellent choice and value.

Like replacement for value.

These heat plates are very well made and fit my Dyna-Glo perfectly. They are better than the original because they are stainless steel instead of porcelain coated steel and they are a heavier gauge.And they arrived today, less than 24 hours after the order, thank you Amazon. What could make them better? I need six for my grill and there are five in this pack. Solution: Order another five and have four spares. Ten of these cost less than two from the company that sold me a replacement drip pan.Also, they were well packed with each of the five heat plates in a separate heavy sleeve. ( Save the sleeves to put the old rusty plates in so they don't fall apart and shed rust everywhere before you get them in the trash can.)I will order five more today.

I had the choice of 1 porcelain covered steel tent for $15 at the orange store or 5 stainless steel tents for $26 (w/tax). The old steel set lasted 1 year. These should last longer. They were carefully packed so no scratches. A little sharp on some edges though. They are installed and working great.

It is sufficiently heavy stainless steel. I expect it to not rust and time will tell. I will update if it shows sign of rust. It has also sufficient slant for easy grease drain off the plate. This is a 25" long plate and the original plate on my Grill is about 25.5 inches long. I was not sure if this will fit my grill, but it did. My original plate was flatter and I had to slightly flatten the new plate so that the hole on the plate fit over the protruding piece on the grill body that secured the plate in place. My grill is Backyard Grill brand sold by Walmart. It is made by Chant Kitchen Equipment. Model BY16-101-003-01.

Got these to replace the rusted old ones on my grill. While the fit, they are a little shorter and wider than my original ones. Not a huge problem, but don't sit on the tabs in the right spots to keep them from sliding around, when I move the grill ( not often ). Other than that and the fact I really needed 6, they good.
