These just replaced a cangshan set that I was sick of sharpening and replaced after barely a year. Night and day difference from just the feel alone. I kinda abused these the first couple weeks but I haven't needed the whetstone yet. These are pricy but I got what I paid for

Love this set!
I was looking for Global knife set for a while. This set is very reasonably priced, good selection for starting new knife set. I will add some more variety in the future after using those knives, I like so much.I like the balance of these knives, and the length of the blade is very good for most of the women. Maybe men want bigger size, because of the size of their hands.I went to the speciality kitchen store to try a chefs knife before I ordered this one.The bonus; you can take the bottom of the knife block off and wash whole block.

I love the cleans lines, a very ascetically beautiful knife. They are very sharp out of the box and stay sharp after many uses. I really could not be happier with this knife set.
