Best Pan I’ve EVER HAD
Listen carefully. If you know how to take care of your cookware, this pan is the best pan on the planet. I’m writing this review over a year and a half after purchase. The photo in my review is after 18 months of use. The pan works just as well as it did on day 1. Why? Because I take good care of the pan. I clean it immediately after use (~15 minutes) and once it has cooled down. I’ve never used soap or a sponge on the pan. I literally just use water and wipe it down with a cloth after.I use the pan to cook bacon, eggs, fried rice among other things. Nothing has even remotely stuck to the pan ever. Everything including bacon, sticky white rice and eggs just glides around the pan. Water and no sponge is all that is ever needed to clean it. It wipes clean. The photo above was taken five minutes after I made breakfast fried rice. Wiped clean with a napkin.Don’t listen to the other reviews above. This is the pan. I hate cleaning messes and prefer non-stick pans. I’ve run the entire gamut of non-stick pans and this is best in show. The reason I’m even here to review it because I saw a negative review as I just purchasing the 8 inch and 10 inch version of the pan.

Very Good
I'm revising a bad review that I wrote. It is a good pan. I made a mistake. Do not put oil in the pan. It gets cooked on and ruins the non-stick feature. I used baking soda and vinegar to clean it multiple times. Now the pan is great. I love both, the 8" and the 12". No problem cooking over-easy eggs without adding a thing to the pan. Butter is okay. They are well-made, of excellent quality and look good, and feel the good in the hand.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY
The pan is pretty good, but there are two things you need to know before you buy.1) The claim that you can use metal utensils with this pan is deceptive at best, and more likely just false advertising. You *can* use metal utensils with this pan... as long as the metal utensils never come into contact with the pan. If they ever do, they will scratch the pan and void the warranty.2) Speaking of warranty, this lifetime guarantee sounds great, right? Read the fine print. If your pan starts to stick, you will have to mail to pan to their headquarters. When it gets there, they will take a few weeks to inspect it, and if they decide that you ran the burner too high one time or something and it's your fault (which it always is), they will void the warranty and DISCARD the pan. Even if you ask, they will not ship it back to you. So if your pan starts to stick, are you really going to send it to them, or just deal with it?If after reading this you still want to buy the pan, go right ahead. It is a good pan - about as good as any $30 nonstick you get off Amazon.

Le Creuset Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Nonstick...
This is truly a no stick pan, eggs just float around in it, I don't think you could make them stick.Heat the pan slowly, no need to put it on high heat, once it is heated it will do anything you want as far as cooking.I use a little butter or olive oil mainly just for flavor. You don't really need utensils, just flip the item in the pan, caution don't do this if you have hot oil in the pan.I have three items from Le Crueset and would not give them up for any other cookware. If anything ever happens to my Le Crueset, I will immediately order a new set.Ronald A. GoodenIt is now December 2014 and this pan is still amazing, I use it at least twice daily, I have three other very high priced and popular pans that will go into the trash because they did not work as advertised, food stuck, pans warped, even though they were heated slowly.......these were $180.00 plus pansIf the LeCreuset performs as well as it does now in two years, this will be the pan to have.

Phenomenal non-stick pan
I purchased this after having a great experience with the smaller pan. This cooks very evenly, and the nonstick is no joke. The pan is hefty and seems of great quality--a dozen or so uses, and there is still no give in the rivets or warping of the pan or handle.Pros:REALLY nonstickHeavy--great for electric stovesCons:Whew! That's a lot of green for a frying panHandwashing is a pain in the butt, but worth it2 YEAR UPDATE:These are still holding up great. We're starting to see some scratching on the nonstick finish (we use this about 1x per day), but the nonstick is still really holding up well. Handle still solidly riveted to the body. Truly the best non-stick I've ever owned (and it's not even close).

The best small skillet
I LOVE these Le Creuset mini skillets. This is my second one to own. First one is still going, but after many years, was showing a bit of age, so I got a second one. I use both sometimes at once for Spanish omelets. I use this pan almost every day for scrambled eggs, or a quick saute, or a Spanish omelet, or organic beef hot dogs (yes, I like them still!), and lots of other things.

Great if you want a couple stainless steel items for their heating properties in the kitchen, but prefer cast iron.
I'm mainly doing cast iron kitchen ware in my kitchen. It pays for itself with the quality of food, the time it takes to cook food, and the fact that I'm now cooking on a 4 or 5 instead of a 7 or 8 when frying and the food cooks at half the time. You can't beat Le Creuset in that area. However, I did want one stainless steel pan for frying eggs and for times when I needed the pan to heat up and cool down quickly which is one winning quality of stainless steel. Le Creuset makes these and they are wonderful.

A beauty of a high quality non-stick pan.
This pan is as it promises - non-stick, dishwasher safe, works on induction cooktops. I also bought separately the lid for this pan. It’s a great fit, the combo is perfect for steam-finishing sunny side up eggs and just look at it, ain’t it a beaut? I think I have a crush on my new Le Creuset. I think you will too.

absolut empfehlenswert
