Upright Bundle: GO 2 Posture Corrector & Black Magnetic Necklace

Bought as a gift and it is working amazingly well.

I received the Upright Go 2 posture device and magnetic necklace 3 weeks ago and have worn it almost all day every day since, always on the necklace. The Upright Go 2 has definitely helped to make me much more aware of my posture issues and I feel myself standing straighter all day. That makes me happy, even though I laugh and say the buzzing vibration annoys me! Every time it vibrates I immediately straighten up and realize I wouldn’t even have known I was slouching without that buzz. I recommend both and would buy the magnetic necklace in another color or a few of them and would buy the device in black if that was available instead of always having the white one on my back and only the black necklace. They could have a lot more sales that way.

This little device is really nice. I sit at a computer all day, so I have been concerned about posture issues for a while. Most of the apparatuses on the market are geared to "holding you in the right position" with straps. I tried a few different ones, and they were all very uncomfortable and difficult to put on. This device not only solves both of those issues, but also allows you to build the proper strength on your own instead of acting as a crutch like the other devices. On top of that, it is really cool to have a visual representation of your leaning activity in the app. It also gives you a goal to shoot for each day. I have been very please with this device.

The necklace is so comfortable I forget I’m wearing it and I think it does help me straighten up and be aware when I’m slouching. As I’m stuck at a desk all day, I wear it while I work

I have been using this for a few months now. It does one thing very well -- it vibrates if you hunch forward. However, it has no way of detecting if you are slouching in your seat, so if that is a problem for you, you will need to watch out for it yourself.The necklace does nothing to keep the device in place either, so if you are walking with your back straight, the sensor will be bouncing around and you will end up with practically no time logged.I assume they would rather you buy the extremely overpriced tape. Don't. Instead, use some cheap double sided medical tape. One roll is less than the price of a single refill of the Upright branded stuff, lasts for months, and works better.The app is also annoying to deal with because it is constantly losing connection while you are on the move, such as if you are walking around downtown. This can be rectified by toggling the vibration on and off using the physical button, but it's still annoying to deal with. I sent in a support ticket about the app, and the reply I received back was to turn it off and on again. Which I can confirm does nothing. In other words, they don't care enough to fix the disconnecting problem.In summary, this is good for stopping you from hunching forward while sitting, standing, or walking IF you use tape. If you do, get double sided medical tape instead of their custom stuff and it will save you a ton of money. If you are trying to work on a backward slouch, this won't help with that.

I've tried posture shirts, straps, vests, etc. This works better than all of them and is easier and more convenient to use. You can configure the parameters such as how long to wait before notifying you that you are slouching and you can see what angle you are leaning very accurately on the app. Calibrating the device is super easy. It's definitely worth getting the necklace rather than using the stick on pads. I wasn't sure if the necklace would work as well as the pads, but it does.

software downloads lots of problems,..the help from the company was terrible always 48 hrs to get an answer thaqt was horrible. Customer service is awful,..i sent this junk back

I have terrible neck and upper back pain. Part of it is due to poor posture, I’m sure. This thing really does help. It’s subtle when it warns you, so it’s not like anyone else knows. I wear it longer than the recommended time with no issues. Now when it’s not on, I find myself remembering to have better posture. My only wish is that the necklace piece would come in fashionable styles.
