Perfect for working out at home. I have hard wood floors so was worried about the mat slipping. Not a problem at all, stays put even with the kids messing on it. Only downside which isn't really a big issue is that once it's rolled up it's quite tricky to get it back in the bag, as the non slip material sticks to the bag! It also came with an elastic carrier which slips over each end for easier carrying. Definitely would recommend.

I really like this mat. When you first receive it, you think it's way too thin but it's really comfy both lying down and on your knees.I love the straps that hold it together, but the bag is pain and ripped within days. No a big issue but a shame because overall its great.

Really nice, long, strong mat. Just a shame the bag broke but there is an additional strap, so I'm ok to use it instead.

I received the yoga mat yesterday.Used it for the first time today. The mat was very good and I am pleased with it. Unfortunately the carrying bag burst the first time I tried to put the mat back inside.I would have rated 5 star but disappointed with the bag
