When I first got these pads and opened them I thought, “wow these are huge!!!!” and wasn’t sure I would actually be using them or not. They’re much larger (double the size!) than the ones provided by the hospital after the birth of my baby. The size eventually came in handy as I had a small hemorrhage and I was so pleased with the length and thickness. I experienced no leakage. I almost always felt dry (I think for the purpose of urinary incontinence you would feel entirely dry). They are incredibly durable! There was no reaction to my skin and I am so thankful for the quality of the material in such a ‘sensitive’ area. Something I do want to mention (maybe TMI) is if you do plan on using these for postpartum and have quite heavy bleeding, shave your lady bits just a tad. I was letting everything heal so I hadn’t touched up down there and my pubes actually stuck to the dried blood and that was like a free wax I wasn’t expecting. Ouch. Overall I would use these again for another baby. In my personal use, I used them all. For an uncomplicated postpartum, you will only need a few of the pads but they are worth it!

Rael Incontinece Pads are the answer to prayers. The organic cotton cover protects me from the rashes and breakouts sometimes encountered with other pad types. A true blessing. As to the products absorbency, I was floored! Upon first look, the thin pad appeared insufficient for my needs. I was disappointed and sure the product would not work. But day after day, the pad proved its worth over and over again. Even nighttime dribbles did not result in wetness outside the pad. After more than a month, and dry panties, I declare this product "The Miracle."

I love Honeypot but they’re way too expensive so I tried this brand. This is the second best brand I’ve found so far. I have hypersensitive skin and have searched everywhere and tried pretty much every cotton incontinence liner out there. Gave 3 stars bc Pros: I love how it’s 100% pure unbleached cotton. I love the channels that lock in moisture and that there are no wings. Cons: SO bulky. Dont stick, although no brands using the plant based ingredients stick well so you’ll have to live with that until someone makes a change.

I finally found a product that does not cause irritation as I have sensitive skin in that area. The are soft and comfortable. BUT…I am disappointed in the covering. I could not pull apart the cover and had to use a scissors to cut it off. Not happy about that. It was sticking shut and you couldn’t even pull them apart.i hope it was just a bad package because I just sent another order.

Excellent for heavy absorbency. Comfortable. Excellent adhesion. I ‘ve found these the best of the higher-priced “natural/organic/ no fragrance pads for bladder leaks.

UPDATED REVIEW FOR NEW VERSION OF ULTIMATE: HORRIBLE. There was no indication from seller that these pads had changed. I ordered two packages and quickly realized that they had significantly changed. They are super thin and there is barely any padding. I decided to try one pad last night and it was a disaster. I coughed and urine saturated the pad, saturated my underwear and my pants. When I removed the pad, urine actually dripped onto the floor. I'm so disappointed. I thought I had found the perfect pad and to be honest, I felt completely confident when wearing the Ultimate and never worried about any ' accidents' occurring. My panties were never wet..NEVER! I wouldn't trust these for anything more than using as a panty liner. These are so thin. The other annoying thing is that the outer sleeve for each pad is attached/glued to the pad. I thought it was just a manufacturing defect but it's not. If you want to spend an extra minute or 2 trying to get the pad out of its sleeve, go for it but I think it's awful and WEIRD. A perfectly effective pad is now ruined and I must find another source. I no longer recommend these for bladder leaks. ORIGINAL REVIEW: have nerve damage that makes it difficult to hold my urine sometimes and decided to try these cotton pads. I hate the synthetic pads because they irritate me. I ordered both the Ultimate and the Moderate and here's my experience: The Ultimates are very long and very wide. I don't have any issues with the length but the width is a bit much at first. However, once it gets warm and fitted, it's not noticeable. I will only wear this pad at night or for short periods during the day since it is a little too bulky and I am self conscious about anyone noticing it. I have however worn it with a dress and it's fine. The Moderate is perfect for me and does a really good job of containing urine spurts though I would not recommend depending on this for steady urine flows ( like a 'diaper panty' would). I wear this every day and can barely tell it's there. I feel much more confident with it on and I don't have any irritation throughout the day. I'll probably continue to purchase both sizes but the Moderate will continue to be my no. 1 choice for every day.

Maybe this is my fault for not reading closely, but these were much thicker than I expected. I like to buy extra long thin pads and cut them in half as “insurance” against bladder leaks. Most of the time that’s enough, and when I’m exoeriencing a couple days of heavy leaks I use leakproof panties too. These are just too bulky for my purposes. But I suppose if you leak town or large quantities these could work for you. They are the longest pads I’ve ever seen!

Good long length ideal for postmenopausal surgery and duting the normal day to give confidence
