This is very good length and easy to use

Maximum length is 2-3 inches shorted than advertised.Not "eligible" to return item & unable to contact.Shame as it is a nice chain - just not as described (wasted money).

Poor quality, looks cheap and you cannot return it

I was extremely disappointed by this item. It's cheap looking, not as described (no 925 hallmark) and the necklace is not even eligible for return!

Very fine chain and clasp & rings next to it, give appearance of that part of necklace being over bulky. Chain also knots very easily. No advanced warning it cannot be returned (as any other chain I've bought could be), so I have to keep it, even though it doesn't look good with pendant.
