I used this to connect mellanox adapters to intel adapters and it worked perfectly. The cable is compatible between these two brands.

These were 1/3 the price of the nearest competition, and a simple replacement and no other steps took me from 10 GB To 25 GB ! Bought 10, zero issues!

Great to connect Qnap to workstation
Worked to connect network card in Threadripper workstation to Qnap NAS. No connection issues, has been solid for several months now. Be aware the the nature of the connector it does stick out a bit and the cable itself is a bit on the firm side so its not going to be able to bend sharply.

Works as advertised!
Doing peer-to-peer with 2 Mellanox CX4121A-ACAT, getting max speeds...just had to set Jumbo Frames to the max (9614). Transferring files at 2.5GB/s and iperf at 23-24Gbps.

Works with Intel X520
Works great with Intel X520 and Ubiquiti switch! Plugged it in and worked immediately, I was totally expecting the Intel NIC to throw a fit because it isn’t an Intel SFP module, but it worked just fine.
