Excelent quality rice, but over priced
I have been using SRK rice for over 7 years now. The rice is of excellent quality, no doubt about that. Many of the popular matta rice available in Kerala & karnataka wont come anywhere near SRK in terms of quality or taste. Usually I get it in 25kg bags every time I come back to Bangalore. The price quoted in Amazon is more than double the price from a retailer in Kerala. Edit: Updated the review as I received a message from the seller explaining the reasons for the increased price.

Boiled rice quality
I did order it few times now. Initially the rice after boiling would have many red strands and loooked like brown rice which is good. In the last 2 orders., I see there are hardly any red strands and also colour is white.. Looks like local boiled rice and does not feel like the real one for which this price needs to be paid. Not sure why it has changed so much.
