I used the flour to make pasta. The result is great!

I use it for pizza dough and sub rolls it does a great job.

We use it for a variety of breads and making pasta. It is everything we expected from an Italian semolina flour. No complaints.

This flour was excellent, and the batch I got expires in December (~7 months), unlike some of the other folks here. It’ll be gone way before then.But I did want to mention that this is pretty fine flour, what you’ll typically find labeled in the US as durum flour. If you’re looking for the coarser flour that resembles corn meal, this isn’t for you.

This is a specialty flour that is essential to making certain classic Italian breads; I’m very grateful to find it on Amazon.

Must have for top notch pastas and dough. Never a problem with quality, packaging, pests. Excellent choice for semolina and better value than buying individual Bob's Red Mill tiny bags at the supermarket.

This was delivered June 1, 2021. Product expires 22-Oct, 2021.You decide. Are these too short expiration or not? I guess if you eat 2 bags flour (pasta, pizza, whatnot) in 2 months, maybe no issue. But... again, product received should not be only 4 months away from delivery date.Secondly... the flour were packaged together with toilet cleaning tabs in a "save few boxes" strategy. The entire flour smells like cleaning tabs. Safe???!!! The flour is so freshly scented of toilet freshness spring flower and ocean blue. Seriously. FOOD and CHEMICALS don't go together in the same box!!!! I hope nobody reading this actually store food and bleach in the same cabinet.I am supposed to give a Flavor rating. I don't think toilet cleaning tablet flavor is good for pasta...so yeah.
