Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and am pretty happy with my choice! The fabric is soft and it has a good weight to it. The heating instructions are pretty specific compared to other microwave packs I’ve owned (1m30s intervals only), and I find it doesn’t get as hot as we personally would like sometimes in the 4 minutes ‘max’ heating time recommended (but that could well be bc of our microwave). The seams down the back are a great addition to ensure the heated bits inside stay evenly distributed rather than falling to the bottom - I just wish these seams were also on the collar as it doesn’t really stand up by itself.TLDR: it’s a good heat pack and I would likely buy from this brand again in the future!

Just fits in our small microwave, I heat for 2.5 minutes which makes it hot enough to provide relief to shoulder and neck pain for 15-20 mins by which point it cools. This means lots of trips to the microwave. If you’re looking for longer lasting pain relief I would opt for an electric warmer. But for short term relief this works well. The beads distribute evenly and there is no smell at all. It is heavy so not sure if this would work for someone frail, but it’s lovely and soft.

I bought this product because of a painful neck and shoulder. The heat helps with pain relief and it is comfortable to wear although it is heavy. Unfortunately it doesn't retain its heat for long so that's why I have deducted one star.

I bought this for my husband as he was suffering from pain in both shoulders. The minute he tried it out he was extremely happy. He is 75 and feels the cold. It is so comfy he heats it up before he goes gardening. Highly recommended.

This is a great product. I suffer from neck, should and back pain, this instantly relieved the discomfort. It's very comfortable too, most other products simialrt to this are not as comfy or soft. I'm so glad I purchased this.

Product arrived burst in the box very disappointed as it is not cheap.

This heat pad does what it's supposed to do. It sits comfortably on your shoulders and gets warm in the microwave, as you'd expect.A few problems though are a) its too expensive for what it is, b) its VERY heavy, I am concerned this will worsen my neck pain rather than alleviate it (though maybe it'll strengthen muscles which could be a good thing - who knows?) and c) it takes about 5 mins to heat up in my microwave and doesnt stay hot all that long, so probably quite expensive.If I had my day again I probably wouldnt buy, though I can't see very many better options on the market, it's a tough one

Super kuschelig, bleibt am Platz auf den Schultern und hält die Temperatur ausreichend lang.Sind sehr zufrieden.Für die Frau gut, bei monatlichen Krämpfen.Ansonsten entspannend bei Spannungskopfschmerzen.

Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Nackenkissen, weil das alte Gelkissen hinüber war, bin ich auf dieses Kissen gestoßen.Als das Kissen ankam, war ich sehr über das schwere Gewicht überrascht. Wenn es auf den Schultern liegt ist es jedoch ganz angenehm. Für Kinder aber eher nicht geeignet.Super finde ich, dass der Inhalt (Tonperlen, Leinsamen) in Kammern ist und somit eine Ansammlung an einer Stelle verhindert, also der komplette Bereich unter dem Kissen wird gewärmt.Die Verarbeitung gefällt mir sehr gut.Die Größe des Kissens ist sehr schön gewählt, muss jedoch bei der Mikrowelle berücksichtigt werden. Mein Glasteller in der Mikrowelle hat einen Druchmesser von 24,5 cm. Hier muss man schauen, wie man das Kissen faltet, damit es in die Mikrowelle passt und sich der Teller noch dreht.Ansonsten tolles Nackenkissen.
