I have been using this filament with an Ultimaker 3 Extended and it has been performing exceptionally. I have been using it to print miniatures for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign I've been running and previous I ran your standard support pattern from Cura which encases the model and the quality was wonderful. Compared to the Ultimaker brand of PVA which gets very stick when you dissolve it, this filament breaks down without significantly less adhesiveness. As with any PVA it does get stuck in some of the smaller nooks but its easy to remove cleanly. I recently switch methods and am printing using the interface layers only for the support structure and have been able to make my spool last even longer. Even when it is "damp" it prints surprisingly well leaving only slight marking on the models. It's also easy to bake the moisture out of this filament. This filament is worth every penny and I plan to continue purchasing this product for all my complex printing needs!

High quality filament but still a PVA
I bought Gizmo Dorks 3mm PVA Filament 0.5kg for 3D Printers, Natural about a week ago after trying a sample from eSUN. eSUN's filament is 5% cheaper but it was not available at the time of my purchase. Gizmo Dorks shipped the product the same morning and it arrived very quickly. It was well packed, dry, and ready to use. It is a high quality filament, smooth, no perceptible variations in diameter, easy to insert. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that I don't love PVA but tolerate it out of necessity.

Really Good PVA
Of course, you need to dry it for approximately 9 hours at 45 to 55 C to get the best results but this spool of PVA printed really well. I had been using eSun but when I couldn't find any on Amazon all I could get was the Gizmo Dorks PVA 2.85mm. It printed much better than the eSun. Not saying you will have the same results but in my Taz Pro it is spot on. Buying more!

Excessive Moisture on New Roll
Loaded the filament into my printer immediately after opening the new bag. I had lots of steam coming from the nozzle and the extruded material was full of bubbles. I understand PVA is very sensitive to absorbing moisture... but having this much in a brand new roll is unacceptable. I will try to dry it out and see if it is usable, because the price is decent compared to other brands, but if I have to dry every new roll myself it's not worth the hassle.

Great filament if you treat it right!
Decently priced, high quality filament. Make sure you use blue painters tape (https://www.amazon.com/3M-Scotch-Blue-Safe-Release-Multi-Surfaces-Painters/dp/B0064N00DE) and keep the filament in a sealed container with desiccant when not in use, but otherwise I have no issues using this filament. It lasts a few days out of the box on the machine before it starts sizzling when it extrudes.I'm using this to print on a Lulzbot Taz 6 with PLA to provide supports for protein crystal structure models and it does very well as supporting all of the nooks and crannies with no problems adhering to the PLA.

Manufacturing problem
Unfortunately, I lost a two-day print job with expensive T-Glaze PET filament and this PVA filament due to a winding error during production. A kink on the PVA spool after two days of printing caused the PVA to stop printing before a crucial overhang phase. While unspooling the PVA filament, I found that the kink went all the way back to the very first yard of filament on the spool. Therefore, it is definitely a Gizmo Dorks problem and not user error. I included photos to show how far back the kink went. I never go back to the same manufacturer after finding a problem like this (even though I could buy more Gizmo Dorks filament in the future and fully unspool it to ensure printability). It's just not worth it. In this case, I estimate a $50 loss let alone 2 days of printing.

Best PVA for Ultimaker 3, as good as Matterhackers
If you need reliable PVA for a decent price this is it. I have used 4 spools of this on the ultimaker 3 and love it. Keep the flow above 120%, the humidity below 40% and the temp below 190°. The only equivalent PVA I have found is Matterhackers.

Bubbles
on the first use right out of the package there was bubbles. The pakage is resealable and was unopened before testing. Im guessing the smoke is a sign that there is water in the filament so im only giving 2 stars. the Polly disolve that came with my dual extruder did not have this issue.
