My wife wanted to do a kitchen upgrade... I wanted to save some money. I bought a new sink, Kraus faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. The plumbing is easy, you can do it! Amazon delievered the package and looked like they dropped it off 5 feet off the flatbed directly on the corner... completely smashed the entire box corner... the sink only the smallest corner was bend (lead me to insane quality). I managed to bent it back (with a lot of effort) using a book on top as protection a plumbers wrench (not the right tool for the job, but it worked). Called customer service as I thought I was missing a part (I wasn't), but they immediately wanted to send me a new sink... I did not want to be bothered to remove, replace, and ship back the old one. The whole time, they were nice and friendly, they did expect me to respond within 3 days, (which is completely normal), but still worked with me as I am slow to response :D Install Tips: 1. PREMADE cut-offs are inside for ensure you have a solid fit! Be sure to be accurate not "not close enough" as you need those extra millimeters. :) 2. I used "silicon" for sealing underneath the sink... I wish I had applied Plumber's Puddy directly to the countertop instead, then dropped it in! Silicon was everywhere, but came off without an issue. 3. Remember to "air gap" your dishwasher drainage hose by looping hose above the lowest point of the sink and back down.

Bought this sink as a replacement to my builder's grade double basin and successfully installed it yesterday. I had to cut my granite to make the right sized cutout, so having their template (comes with the sink) was fantastic. It worked like a charm and the sink dropped right in. I did the complete installation myself, so if you're somewhat handy its really easy. Takes a bit of time for aligning everything, but the hardware included made it a very easy job. Haven't run into any issues yet, so it gets 5 stars for me. Great looking sink!

replacing the old sink was a no brainer . the old one wore out after 45 plus year old. it was in desperate need of being replaced. glad i made that decision to upgrade to this new deep single bowl sink. easy choice it was for me. i got what i thought was the right choice to put in my kitchen. we love this whole sink set up that i chose to get and have my plumber buddy install for me. this was the best thing we’ve done to allow us a better and more efficient sink that more modern than ever. the whole sink system with the inserts for a cutting board and vegetable colander style drain pan. and we’ve got a drain rack also for this sink. we love what was chosen for our purpose and everything is just perfect for all we needing.the faucet style works the way i’d like to have a faucet do it’s job . it’s nice to have in all aspects in our uses. i will not regret what we have now. it’s perfect for all we have.. id recommend this sink for anyone who is wanting the most useful and amazing sinks i’ve come across. it’s perfect for us personally. the amazon commercial disposal is priceless to use with this sink too. a 1horse motor will make bones disappear in seconds. but i don’t recommend putting those down the drain under normal circumstances . we had one go down by accident and found it was gone without any problems… just saying, it will chop up bones .. this combination of items i used works the best for all our uses.. we love this whole set up!!!!

We love our new sink, it's large, well made, not 'tinny' like some cheaper sinks. We always keep the rack in the bottom although sometimes things get caught in it and you should pop it up every few days and give the bottom of the sink a wipe down. We use the drop in basket about 50% of the time. I like it, but I also like to have the whole sink open too. We don't use the cutting board much...but it's really nice, almost hate to cut on it! One thing to be aware of-the version that comes with the faucet comes with a larger, restaurant style faucet and we bought a smaller one as we didn't want it to stick up so high. However, we can see now that it would have been easier to reach the far corners with that larger faucet, so if you buy your own, get one with a sprayer that can reach pretty far out.

Loved the look and size for guest house kitchen. Not thrilled with quality. Only been in for 1 month and I can see pits in the metal.

Well packaged . At first glance very sturdy. Looks stunning installed. Aftera year both the kraus sink and accessories are holding up beautifully. Baby loves the 33 " sink . Strainer great for separating baby bottles from other dishes . Otherwise stainless steel has maintained its new shine way better than i thought being my water leaves some mineral deposits on everything. I love this sink!

This sink was the ONE thing that I was looking forward to MOST about our newly renovated kitchen, even more than the new easy to clean quartz countertop and backsplash. This workstation sink was the one thing that got me excited and eager to use. BUT....this sink has turned out to be such a disappointment that it hurts my heart to think how much we spent on it and the quality we got in return :( it's only been installed for THREE DAYS and it is already got rust spots. See photos and video attached. Even the colander it comes with had a rust spot the NEXT MORNING and I never even used any cleaning product on it. We live in a city with municipal water that is clean enough to drink from the tap so we can't even blame the water. The cause has to be the quality of this sink. It's stressing me out because I feel like I need to baby this sink and treat it like a fragile piece of glass rather than the sturdy heavy duty steel it advertises to be. Now I'm always worrying about wiping it dry after each use (not sustainable) and what new rust spots are ging to pop up next. I use Vim to clean it (which is safe for the countertops) and always rinse right away. My last stainless steel sink was a cheapo piece of junk from the local hardware store for only $100 and it NEVER rusted. Even after letting it soak with Clorox bleach spray for days. Also....the water and food does not drain to the right towards the drain as it advertises because the slope towards the drain is so subtle that there may as well be no slope at all. That was a feature that attracted me to buy this sink as well. Too bad they were false claims. This sink is not worth a penny unfortunately which is such a disappointment to say. Worst part is, our brand new countertop has already been cut for the size of this sink and it's been professionally installed and now we are stuck with it 😭 Dear Amazon and dear Kraus, how are you possibly going to make this right?

The sink uses a very weak clip as a clamping device. Would not recommend
