These are the best quality gloves on the market under 100 dollars
The quality is the same as 200$-300$ gloves. Once broken in they fit perfect. They have a great pop when hitting leather bags. Great durability, comfort and flashy in the gym. Don't spar, they don't get soft. I gave plenty of bloody noses.

The Authority for Pad and Bag Work
I've tried a good bit of gloves, these are THE best for pad, mitt, and bag work, period. Wrist support is top notch for hard punching, grab bar is great for power and feel, fit is snug and supportive, quality is what you'd expect from Fairtex, price is more than reasonable for handmade premium leather gloves. I walk around at 160-165 and use a 12oz pair of these for everything striking related except sparring.Only downside is the shape and design of these don't work great for MT clinches, which makes sense because they are a more traditional mexican-style boxing glove. If you are sparring in Muay Thai, I recommend the BGV1 for that, Fairtex's bread and butter MT glove. But for pad/bag work I LOVE these because of the additional wrist support.I have these (BGV9) in 12oz for pad/mitt/bag work and the BGV1 in 16oz for sparring. That glove quiver should handle anything you throw at it for several years, provided you take proper care of your gear. Use deodorizers after each session, don't leave your gloves in your bag wet, apply leather conditioner monthly to keep the surface soft and supple (any real leather gloves will crack if you don't do this, it's not a quality issue, it's a user issue).Lastly, there is no doubt these are REAL FAIRTEX GLOVES, but you can get fakes from weird third party sellers here on Amazon, so pay attention when you buy. Mine came in the factory plastic sealed with an authentic Fairtex tag on it. When you select your size/color, read carefully and only buy from "Fairtex Official" (fulfilled by Amazon). That guarantees you are buying products stocked directly from Fairtex to Amazon. Anyone else I wouldn't trust.

Outstanding gloves but...
When my old gloves broke down I did a lot of research on what gloves to buy next. This brand was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy I listened. I chose these (Mexican boxing style) over the classic Muay Thai gloves because I primarily do boxing workouts on a heavy bag and opted for the superior wrist support these provide. They took some time to break in but when they did I fell in love. I take great care of them and after a few months of continuous use, they still look brand new. I love the wrist support as well as the grab bar within the forefingers. Just be sure to tuck in your thumbs when punching, it only takes one punch to remember that the small piece of leather that attaches to the end of the thumb creates a hotspot that feels like it's separating my thumbnail from my thumb. Other than that I absolutely love the "CRACK" they make when they hit the heavy bag just right.

Top tier straight up boxing glove.
I bought 14oz BGV9-s for my pad and bag work. They arrive VERY stiff, be sure to break them in slowly. in this period it might feel painful, not comfortable etc. but give it 2-3 weeks, foam will mold on your hand and it might become your fave glove. fit is really good, I am 6ft4 180 pounds with normal hands, it fits me excellently with big wraps.has a great pop on bags and pads, but please do not use in sparring unless you really dislike your sparring partner, as it feels like a brick. As I am a muay thai fighter, BGV1-s are a better option for me, especially in sparring and partner drills. BGV9-s really require that you have a perfect form. if you like sneaking in shots by bending your wrist, it is nearly impossible in these gloves. your form has to be near textbook. it is also not the best for clinching because of the wrist support it provides, but it is doable. blocking kicks with these is also not as good as in other gloves.Overall, very very good boxing and pad/bagwork glove, if you are combo puncher and mainly a boxer, it is a must have essentially.

Excellent mexican punchers glove - would buy again / recommend
I own a pair of cleto reyes. These are equivalent! At 1/3 the price. My cletos ripped after 3 weeks of use and company would not stand by product. These have withstood 10x the work, and are holding up great. Inside feels good, takes a half dozen training to break the inside outside in. But very happy. Very under-rated mexican style punchers glove.

Guantes muy cómodos.
Excelente calidad, cómodos y de piel, llegan hasta la mitad del antebrazo, por eso dicen tipo boxeador mexicano. Protege muy bien la muñeca y la mano. Excelente compra. La siguiente sean las espinilleras.

Great Gloves !
I am a boxer and I have tried may makes of gloves, this is one of the best out there.Made of full leather , it will take a while to break in but after that is gold. The size is perfect for small to medium hands, good fit , it truly emulates the Mexican style gloves, with good wrist support and compact feel. The materials used are top quality and with good care it should last for years.Sure the leather has crisps , as I have been using them on heavy bag.I might go with 16 oz next time ( this one are 14 oz ). The price is affordable ,now for sparring is a bit different , it will feel a bit harsh is you are a heavy hitter as this gloves are not pillows.I am recommending this gloves for any boxers out there.

Fantastic gloves
Fantastic gloves although they did take a while to break in. Build quality, finish and padding is great.

Very good glove, I ordered the 12 OZ yellow glove
Very good glove, I ordered the 12 OZ yellow glove. They collect a bit of dirt from the heavy bags but its no big deal (quick wipe down solves the issue). Stitching is perfect and so is inner liner perhaps the best I have seen on a glove. The thumb is comfortable and the glove gives a good natural fist. The strike area is flat and as a result makes a good whip sound on the heavy bag from a good fast punch. The padding on the knuckles is dense and very thick and gives good protection for knuckles there is enough space inside the glove for long hand wraps to add extra knuckle protection if needed. These gloves are not suitable for sparring though, so you may need a second pair for sparing if your gym doesn't provide you sparring gloves. You can't really go wrong with these, the wrist protection is very good in comparison to other boxing gloves I have used despite it being a velcro glove. Really these are very similar to my Cleto Reyes gloves just more than half the price cheaper and IMO better quality and finish.Only negative is they don't smell as good as Reyes gloves, they have a slightly poo like smell inside but it wore off after a few weeks of use. If your looking for leather boxing gloves for and excellent price these are honestly the best I have found so far. I would buy again in future.

Fantastici, valgono ogni euro. Consigliatissimi.
